Took my daughter in for a quick lunch before a wedding. The staff were lovely and helpful. The food was lovely and presented nicely. My daughter loved the homemade sausage roll!Kid-friendliness: My daughter loved it. She can't wait to try the bubble tea next time

Stopped by for a breakfast during a stop at work in the Malvern hills. What a lovely find! Offers a fab full English, and a Veggie breakfast too.Lovely atmosphere and pleasant staff. Great cuppa tea and good choices. Dogs welcome too.We will definitely return to this place.Vegetarian options: Nice vegetarian food availableKid-friendliness: Children welcomeParking: Can be a little hard to find a spot as it was the weekend to be fair, otherwise plenty of free street parking up to 2 hours.

Very nice cafe just came in for breakfast and I must say one of the best cafes I have been to. Atmosphere is nice and the food was great. The cafe is in a good location as well with nice views and scenery. The staff were polite and helped me with every enquiry that I had. Will definitely be returning again.

Have been here a few times. Service is friendly and waiting times are pretty good. Not a fantastic selection of food, but its ok. Major gripe - why is all hot food served on cold plates?

It's an amazing value with friendly staff and tasty food. The atmosphere is lovely with great decor. Highly recommend for breakfast next time you're in Malvern.

I paid £8 for 2 milkshakes. Once they were finally ready, they looked amazing but sadly, they were very warm. I would assume milk that has been sat out on the worktop all day had been used to make these. We informed them that they were warm and expected them to apologise and offer to make a fresh one using cold milk. However, no apology and an offer to add ice cubes was all they did. Both milkshakes had 3 ice cubes pushed into the cream and both ended up in the bin.Will not use again!

We absolutely love The Picnic Box. We have been a few times now as our daughter loves to have a bubble tea. We've always had great food,breakfast and lunch also the cakes are delicious. All the staff are super friendly and great service. We'll be back often.
