So, I explained to him that I'm Coeliac, and although he doesn't use any gluten free soy sauce, he showed me how his sweet and sour sauce is naturally fully gluten free and even how the crispy chicken he makes uses tapioca flour instead of wheat flour. Then when I said I like spicy food, he went and cooked me two mini taster portions so I could pick which one was better, in order to make sure that I liked the food before he let me order ? in the end, I got a delicious custom spicy sweet and sour crispy chicken.

You won't find a better customer experience than this!
