Anna is so friendly and for sure makes the best coffee in town.Waitresses and chefs also always smiling and friendly.Prices are also cheap. A hidden gem in at the kingfisher.

The service is appalling. There is no organisation at all. The food for your table is not brought out together. So you sit and watch your friend eat. When they had nearly finished, i went to enquire about my order again. They said it was coming. Another 15 minutes past and waiting another an exorbitant amount of time, I gave up and cancelled my order, then the member of staff argued with me about a refund.

Lived in Redditch many years but don't eat in town often so had never eaten here. Today we were chronically hankering for a full English for brunch! Hadn't thought before that Cornish Connection Pasty Cafe actually does a lot more than Cornish pasties! - infact most people seemed to be eating different food. It didn't disappoint, the new location has quite a few tables, get your table number, order at the counter and your food is bought to you. The kitchen is open to view. It was very quick, less than 10 minutes and teas were bought out straight away, a nice big mug full with some strength. Breakfast was typical cafe fare but cooked correctly and hot. Staff were cheerful and hard working. Menu slightly odd, the biggest breakfast cost more than the middle size gaining some tinned tomato and mushrooms, but losing one of the eggs so there shouldn't be much difference in cost to make both. Will definitely be using again though.

Excellent service and food. Select a table, read the menu and order at the counter. Good value for money - £13.70 for sausage and egg baguette with chips and salad and large Cornish pasty with chips and beans. Also tea and coffee. Lovely cafe perfect for a break from shopping. Good variety of food and meals available on the menu.

Most friendly staff I have encountered in this shopping centre who seemed genuinely interested in customer service. I note that they have moved from the previous location which is pictured on this page. Good menu, we had bacon and sausage sandwiches which were lovely with generous fillings. The quality in our previous cafe stop has deteriorated so this may become our regular stop off.

Absolutely awful customer service. Your store manager (red hair & glasses) had zero interpersonal skills or customer service.Props to the young girl who served me originally, lovely manner and much more professional than the manager.Perhaps check your card machine is working efficiently before speaking so rudely to customers and insisting their card isn't working.Card declined 4 times, whilst trying to connect to the WiFi to attempt #5, the card machine was snatched out of the girls hand by the manager and she snapped at me that my card wasn't working.Funnily enough, the next gents card also declined and she rebooted the machine.No apology for the way she spoke to me!Fish finger sandwich isn't worth being spoken to like that.
