Fast service and friendly staff, ordered a double quarter pounder large meal, and the food was tasty and fresh. We ordered a few other items to and all were correct all in all great service keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen!

What's happened to Moons Moat McDonald's?\\nAlways had good customer service both behind counter and front of house and never an issue with 'ask me' orders but lately, the attitude of the staff and helpfulness has gone.\\n'Ask me' orders, where items are removed or added, are now more trouble to the staff and the prices are generally over inflated. Value for money and customer satisfaction are now phrases that no longer seem to have any place at this franchise.\\nOther restaurants in Alcester, Longbridge, Kings Norton still value the customer, their dietary requirements and making you feel important. Come on Moons Moat, sort yourself out and get back to valuing your customers.

Went through the drive through! Twice! First to order the meals, these were exact as ordered, barely any waiting, basically it was practically there ready, drinks were correct too, clear communication and efficiency. Second time was a few hours later, decided to get a few odd items on the next journey that evening and again everything was as prompt. Both times food was hot and cooked well. Staff calm and polite enough.

Called to grab a quick meal for my son and his friend but anything but quick. Only one guy on the tills serving. We ordered via the machine but still ended up waiting nearly 15 minutes. Kids started eating their food on the way home and the fries and nuggets were almost cold plus the milkshake was only half full.

One again ordered a black coffee got anything but. What's so difficult she even said large black coffee so I didn't check. It was for my disabled wife a treat, another one down the drain. But don't worry she blamed me for not checking.
