We had a big family reunion and our usual takeaway was shut so we ordered a delivery from Parks,we spent £94 and the food was horrendous, the spare ribs were full of grisly bits ,no bone no meat,had to keep spitting bits out, egg fried rice was just boiled rice with bits of egg in, curry was nasty and 99% of everything else we had was too. Nobody enjoyed it at all.The only nice thing was the chicken ballsWill definitely not be going back or recommending them to anyone ???

Not the best takeaway experience, ordered for the first time based on the fact my other half loves Chinese chilly salted chips and this restaurant has them on “just eat”, unfortunately they were a soggy disappointment with no flavour, infact, all the dishes we ordered were bland and seemed to have been re-heated.Doesn’t seem to be any quality in local take aways, unfortunately the price doesn’t reflect that!

Absolutely appalling service, I ordered a yuk sung and Singapore fried rice on Christmas Eve. And I got something that tasted like chicken casserole instead the yuk sung. Since when ? The fried rice tasted like there was washing up liquid in it . I Called up to complain for the bloke working there to have him put the phone down on me. FIRST TIME IVE BEEN SINCE NEW OWNERS, I miss the old food !!! I even gave the delivery driver a tip too . No wonder they only take cash, I would be asking for a refund from just eat

The noodles are fine. But the soup and mushroom dish were really really salty. Couldn’t eat it at all. Just realised they changed ownership.

Lemon chicken was watery...spicey sweet and sour chicken was tasteless as was the egg fried rice. Not sure if the chef has changed but I am really dissapointed with this meal.

Nice food from here but check your order sometimes it’s wrong or missing an item.If it’s busy with food delivery guys the standard of the food drops it’s like they can’t cope with all the orders and sacrifice the quantity I would rather wait so it’s what I expect..

I have never had such a bad take away.2/3rds of if was thrown away or spat out, save your money buy a ready meal from Aldi (other supermarkets available) most definitely better Chinese take always in Redditch.

I am not very happy with my order tonight. I ordered for two people, two meals and some spring rolls and sauces. Nothing was said on the phone everything was okay- waited for my food to arrive for 40 minutes(also fine on a friday night) for the driver to tell me they had none of one persons meal… sent this back unfortunately because i like the food. Nothing was said no attempt to call and see if we wanted something else? My partner would have had nothing to eat? Over an hour wasted and jow having to wait on another delivery!! Not happy
