Our second time here. Stayed a couple of nights while visiting my step daughter in Redditch. Staff were pleasant, and the rooms were comfy, clean, and tidy. We'd opted for Premier plus rooms (coffee machine, better bed, chairs, better shower and fridge) and the only difference I'd make is asking that you supply a still water, rather than just sparkling. We also paid for breakfast at the Beefeater next door. Plenty of choices for a self served breakfast, which we all enjoyed.

A great stay and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and location convenient. Suggest booking for breakfast at the weekend at the beefeater. A great price too. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.

Used this premier in before. Always clean, quiet and staff are friendly. Definitely one of the better premier inns.

Lovely premier inn with easy parking. When you're travelling with kids the premier inn prices are great value for money.Food & drinks: You need to pre-book breakfast for the attached Beefeater. They're frequently full and understaffed. I'm often waiting 10 minutes to be greeted at the door.

Perfect location for us. Rooms clean and up to date. Staff helpful. Had problem with plumbing. Plumber couldn't solve. We were given another room

Decent enough rooms, just don't expect a good nights sleep, the constant droaning from the AC units will keep you awake, if you stay here make sure you take ear plugs with you. Have stayed on all 3 floors and the noise from the AC is constant no matter which floor or room you are staying

Room was lovely and clean, staff were very friendly (including the beefeater, food was also very good). Only thing I'd say is if you're travelling with a young baby bring your own moses basket/next to me bed. As the travel supplied wasnt the greatest. But that was out first time staying in a hotel with a young baby.

Good accomodation. Terrible food. I had the meal deal. Main turned up with no starter as they had run out. Main served minus salad and coleslaw as printed in menu. It was highly disappointing. Breakfast was no better. On the plus side cereal was good. Cooked breakfast was tepid and plates cold, bacon leathery, scrambled eggs discoloured, i.e., cooked a long time back, and for the price highly disappointing. Won't be going back in a long time. Transport cafés serve better, fresh and hot food.Food & drinks: Don't bother. Overpriced and poor quality.

Good location, check in staff ok, stayed for 4 days and ran out of soap on day 3 even though house keeping were in every day, very disappointing.Nearby activities: Town centre and sainsbury nearby

Another lovely stay at this Premier Inn. Friendly staff, comfortable bed and plenty of tea and coffee. Easy to find and plenty of free parking. Around 5 minutes drive to town centre. Breakfast at the Beefeater next door. Again great full English buffet for a reasonable price.
