Went last night for Valentines and had set menu. The Calamari for starters was beautiful, good size portion. So tasty we could have had more!! Mains was great, as was dessert. Service was exceptional, and even the house wine was lovely. All round made for a lovely, quality experience. Prezzo, please don't close Redditch!! ?Parking: Multi storey nearby

It's not always easy to get a table for a family at lunchtime, especially as we couldn't eat til 2pm, but this Prezzo was great. Service was friendly and efficient, they offer a children's menu with burgers etc, also ice lollies which my grandchildren really enjoyed. There's plenty of space for high chairs and easy access to the bathrooms which is great when eating out with small children. The food was good, basic Italian, a good selection of pizza and pasta dishes. My lobster/crab ravioli was good, although the portion size was more of a starter than a main. Fortunately the pizzas we ordered were pretty big, so I didn't go hungry. Total bill (with tip) was £100, so pretty good value.

Extremely poor service. The waitress ‘looking’ after us spent more time with what it looked like chatting to her family on the next table. My husbands food arrived and I had to ask 4 times to 4 different waitresses to which only 1 came back to update me on where my food was. My husband was two bites away from his main being finished when mine eventually turned up. The manager came to us and apologised & took my main off the bill which I appreciated, blaming the new staff… Don’t get me wrong the food was lovely, but service and staff were lazy and so unprofessional, I will not be in a rush at all to come back here.

Had tickets to see a pantomime at The Palace Theatre in Redditch on New Year's Eve and needed somewhere nice to eat with the family. This, as it turns out, is probably the only "nice" chain restaurant in Redditch. It literally is like an oasis of middle-class in a swamp of McDonalds and Greggs. I know how pretentious I sound, but I write these reviews for those who look for nice places to eat, where costs means less than experience. We had a lovely meal here, great menu, nice food, great service, quality drinks, stylish decor. This all added up to exactly what I was after and so pleased this place exists.

The food was alrightThough the reason why it only gets four stars is because while I was waiting to order there was a unclean knife on my tableIf you like Italian food I do recommend it for special occasions

Ordered to takeaway, as nice as it all was the Crab and Lobster Ravioli was not worth the price I paid, very small portion. I also had the Calamari starter which was spot on.

Nice midweek treat, very clean restaurant with prompt service. Drinks menu is a little limited and somewhat expensive (what isn't nowadays?)
I loved the food but the staff ignored me when asking my friends if they wanted anything else. They didn't even look at me. Even then they only gave them the minimum time to reply before rushing off. It was like trying to wave down a taxi that goes past. Very disappointed. I won't be returning.

Everytime I've visited this Prezzo the staff have always been nice, polite and informative about the menus. Also great at recommending dishes.I visited last week with my Mom & son (toddler age) the children's menu was great - the food was delicious (so good I ate half of it on top of my main!) All the food was excellent and the service was super quick. Would definitely recommend.

Visited the Redditch branch Saturday evening 2nd July, lady on the desk was rude, not friendly at all, we was sitting for 15 minutes and no one had been over to ask for drinks, so we decided to leave, as we left the same lady asked if there was a problem We said yes, we have been waiting to long, was not interested and just walked off Really bad atmosphere, will take the family somewhere else in future, somewhere that actually makes you feel that they want you there
