Disgusted ! Our order was 40 minutes early and I ordered the bogof as I have done many times before over the years, order 4 and pay for 2. But no they delivered 8 pizzas !!! Yes 8 !! And charged me for 4. Yes I got bogof but its never worked this way before. After calling the shop and the conversation I had I will not be using this shop again and cannot in all honesty reccomend it.

I totally love the food from Redditch Pizza. Their pizzas are amazing value for money with high quality ingredients, generous toppings and delicious fluffy bases. They are also more than happy to tweak food items to your liking, and everything arrives exactly how you have asked for it - especially useful for picky eaters. The food is always delivered hot and on time by a friendly driver. Absolutely the best pizza takeaway in Redditch.

We had pizza, it was terrible. The dough is not good, the toppings are cheap, I don't believe we even had real pepperoni. The cheese was all wrong for pizza. Never again.
Pizza is garbage. Thin crust is not thin crust. The toppings are cheap. The ham doesn't even look like ham. The dough is not good. Wrong cheese for pizza. These people have no idea what pizza is.

N E V E R A G A I NAt 6:50 pm you sent me the email informing:'We've been advised by the restaurant that they expect to deliver your order by 19:55. 'Because there was no delivery till 8:20 pm, I decided to go to the Redditch Pizza (Redditch) which was 4 mil each way, to check what was happening. I was dealing with the owner - from the very beginning he was extremely rude, dogged and nervous, was not helping at all saying he does not care about us, so, I must deal with the Hungryhouse not with them, especially, when he has no order from the Hungryhouse at all. So, I told him that he lied all the time, because, I have the confirmation of his acceptance of my order. In the meantime, suddenly, one of the staff approached him, telling that one of his drivers is just knocking on our doors, but no one is answering (in fact, there was someone at home all the time). So, finally, I told them that is an indication that he lied to me about not knowing my order, therefore, I want to make a complaint and I will inform the Trading Standards about it too. Because, he told me that I annoyed him too much and the whole situation was very intense, coming to be dangerous, as they started to be aggressive (3 of them) when the owner stated - 'Get the fu...k out of here', I decided to step out.Coming back home I discovered our pizza was in a wild opened box and the whole order was cold, so, we decided to put it to the bean having no trust.After that, once again, I called Redditch Pizza (Redditch), to confirm that after that kind of treatment, I will place the complaint and notify the Trading Authorities about it too. They told me it was up to me what I will do.I have no words to describe the whole situation, and my family would like to forget about that kind of experience asap.

Food used to be nice and it still is okay however they always forget things off the order was always chips and then last night they forgot 2 pizzas annoying when it’s every time and now Ill the morning after

Arrived late by 25 minutes, everytime I rang they said a couple of minutes but still came really late second time in two days. I rang final time they were rude and put down the phone on me. Would not recommend rude staff won't compensate for cold food/ melted milkshakes. They think its OK because I prepaid by card and I won't be able to under pay them upon late deelivery for they're disgusting service!
