We ordered from here Friday 25th August and the food was great. We ordered one tonight Wednesday 30th as we are away in the morning and it was shocking! The portion size compared to the previous night was disappointing. If you order the same thing as the week before surely it should be the same!? Very disappointed! Bring back La Villa! For £20 for a tiny kebab and chicken balls was a bit of a piss take.

The poor quality will be the same.Tiny tastless portions. The chicken kebab had hardly any chicken and will be 80% salad and its the awful processed stuff and not real chicken. This is not just poor value for money but is actually insulting. It speaks volumes about the quality and absolute disregard that business has for its customers. Avoid. Its simply awful. You WILL be ripped off

The food was ok (small portions though) but the service was absolute rubbish. Took over half an hour over the latest expected arrival time. Everyone else had received and eaten their food including people who had ordered from the same place. Very rude person on the phone when we called to inquire. Avoid this place. Won’t be using it again.

Ordered food through Ubereats - another 2 of the group ordered from same place just after us. Theirs came on time so we waited to almost the latest arrival time then gave them a call - very rude man answered, couldn’t be less interested and said it would be about another half hour at least. Eventually turned up after everyone else had eaten. Food ok, small portions. Won’t be going back - you’d think they would focus more on customer service but they are obviously not bothered.

I am so annoyed because I asked for NO LETTUCE as I’m allergic but came with lettuce on. Asked for 2 wraps but only one has come. Also the “white cookie dough” isn’t cookie dough it’s like biscuits.so disappointed

My initial experience with them was not great. Before lockdown, a friend and I visited during the afternoon to find the door shut and locked with no sign or anything to explain why. It was open business hours including theirs according to Google. There was a meal deal advertised on the window that would end after 4pm and we wanted to take advantage of it. After some time, somebody came to open the door from outside, didn't apologise for our wait or explain why he was opening up now and told us the advert was old and that they don't do it anymore, to which I replied by telling him to take it down in that case and next time leave a sign to avoid wasting people's time. We went to Domino's a bit further up instead.Since then I have ordered Kebabs from them and they have been cooked well with little wait time and good value for money portions. So, so far so good but looking at the reviews, I would suggest they pay attention to their customer service more because there are plenty of other places to eat from and even though the customer isn't always right you don't want to be losing any especially in this economy.
