Had a fantastic 90 th birthday celebration for a family member food was served hot and extremely tasty.Naz , Mash & Sam were great and even had a surprise birthday cake made for the birthday boy.

First time we have used Bahar after a recommendation. Ordered 2 curry's for takeaway, when I poured them onto the plates it was like chicken soup - too runny.Shame as the chicken was nice quality, naan bread very small, rice was OK.Called & spoke with Sam who served me (nice young man), who said to order a thicker sauce next time & hoped I would go back. Had asked for ghee to be used but that was missing.Not a good first impression.

Overall a great atmosphere and tasty food! We’ve been going as a family to Bahar for a number of years and no visits ever disappoints. The staff are polite and attentive, and are on hand to support with any menu choices or difficulties customers have. The chicken in sweet chilli sauce is a great starter. Great mains include: Standard tikka masala Tandoori chicken Vindaloo( if you can handle it!!) Madras. Other dishes are great however those are my favourites washes down with a cobra and a garlic naan! Greta jobs to the lads and lasses there!
Delightful, delicious and afffordably-priced. My wife and I shared several dishes, all subtly flavoured. the portions were generous -- indeed, we took enough home with us to have a second meal the following evening! Service was excellent: attentive and helpful. A real find in a small town.

Bahar catered for an outside party of 40 and gave us great options to choose from. The food was piping hot on collection and packed perfectly for transportation. The food was delicious and the portions per person were very generous. Would definitely recommend Bahar to anyone wanting outside catering for large groups. Thanks guys, will definitely be back!

We had an amazing dining experience at Bahar. Loved the upstairs dining room, our server/host Samuel was very hospitable, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Samuel's recommendation of the House Special Bahar King-Prawn Curry was absolutely delicious. We also had Kingfisher Beer, Channa Masala, Chicken Biryani and Butter Naan. Everything was spot-on! Highly recommend Bahar!!
