Great food! Loved my Thai burger. The wings were smothered in sauce and they tasted fresh. Portions were big and food was hot and tasty! Definitely eating here

Thankyou Beef and bird, the Caliburger was fantastic and the dirty fries were delicious. The delivery was earlier than expected. Will be ordering again brilliant quality food

Had the Naga Burger and the chillie burger it was amazingly juicy. Love the rustic fries. Teriyaki wings were the best I’ve had, not sickly like some of the other places I’ve tried. Fam loved the BBQ chicken burger. I’ll have to try that next time.

I am appalled. Not only did the food take 3 hours to arrive, but the staff (except 1 man) were unhelpful in locating and assisting our order. We called multiple times and only on the last call was our driver phoned to ask where on earth he was! When asked what would be done about this, we were offered 50% off next time we order! Which will definitely not be happening after this atrocious experience. The food was mediocre, chips dry, burgers and mozzarella sticks cold. The only redeeming quality about our order was the milkshakes. Safe to say I do not recommend this to anyone at all.

Wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star but it’s the minimum I could do. Food has took 2 hours to arrive!! Not to mention it was £42 for some burgers and chips! No apology from the restaurant at all. Will NOT be ordering again. Place is a joke.

Popped in on Saturday night we were the only people in there, Venues is very modern and clean and the buffalo wings are fantastic with quick service will visit again.

Food was okay, seems under staffed, not sure if this place has management but could definitely do with changes, has a great aesthetics but slight things changed can make this place great, better advertising to start off with, I saw this place in the newspaper by luck because I wrap them up at my work but for the place it is they are advertising to the wrong people, also the physical place is cold, simple header should do the trick. This door was open letting in a loud noise banking and squeaking next door and simply closing it would have helped and perhaps music to set the mood of the shop. A social media presence would help boost this place as I get Hanbao vibes but it just needs adjustments. Finally person who took our order didn’t know how to use the register so changed us a random amount, for £10 my girlfriend got a bigger and cheese bites, for £8 I got chips, a drink, a burger and chicken wings, so either she got over charged or I got undercharged but main point being it wasn’t right. Hope this helps you guys

I'm being generous. Very greasy burger, soggy chips and onion rings. Delivered 30 mins later than approx delivery time, this was pointed out with no reply.I also made the mistake of saying I didn't realise I'd ordered 3 milkshakes, but rather than me checking my order, delivery guy took the 3rd away. I HAD ordered 3. I phoned and phoned and phoned with no one answering.I know they prob won't care about my review but I had to leave one. Would never use again.

I ate Mine as i was getting ready for a busy shift onion rings are a rip off probably from Tesco freezer .: good luck

THE MOST VILE FOOD I HAVE EVER EATEN Do not bother going here it’s complete and utter poison. The Burger I had was honestly the most indescribably disgusting food I’ve ever had the misfortune to eat. Everything about my food was bad… Burger bun was soggy, lettuce was rotten, gerkins were off, the beef patty was sour!? The secret sauce was also absolutely terrible.. probably a good idea to keep the ingredients secret. Don’t bother, they should be ashamed of themselves for serving up the gruel they do.

Really good food... definitely the best wings we've had in Worcester. Good price, good service and great portion sizes. We dined in but the seated area isn't quite finished but looks promising.Good luck to them.Kid-friendliness: Good kids size meals.Parking: Parking right outside the restaurant

Great food, shame it went cold shortly after delivery.I’ve never tried beef & bird before but gave them a try and I can say the food is very tasty (burger shop or somkin brads is way better).The food was delivered via Uber eats and was delivered 15 minutes past the eta and went cold pretty quickly (this usually happens with delivery food to be fair)I’d recommend eating at the restaurant.
