We ordered a takeaway from here this evening on Just Eat. The app said it was on its way and then said delivered. Nothing had been delivered to us. When we called the restaurant to enquire, they told us there was "nothing they could do". Extremely poor customer service and won't be using them again ?

Our first time dining Benedicto’s. Lovely beautiful building and decor. The staff were all polite and attentive throughout the evening. The food was absolutely stunning. Pizza’s made by Serafino were the best we’ve ever tasted. Our whole dining experience from the minute we walked in, until when we left was outstanding. Will definitely book in again on my next visit to Worcester.

Located in the heart of Worcester City Centre, Benedictos is a very nice venue. Easily accessible and also a public car park just next door. The service was really good, and all the staff we dealt with were extremely pleasant.Only qualms were, the room we were dining in upstairs was very, very warm, which made it uncomfortable. We were also unfortunate to be sat behind a very loud group. The Food was okay, but overpriced for what you get.

Attended a surprise 60th birthday party, about 28 people there. We had a room to ourselves upstairs and although the rest of the restaurant was busy, the service and food was excellent. All the food was served at the same time and the waiters had a list of what people had ordered to serve correctly. I was very impressed that they managed such great service when the restaurant was so busy.

This relates to take aways. We have been going here for years but opted for takeaway tonight. The lasagne was such a small portion and all sauce. For price we paid, incredibly disappointed. Really tarnished our thinking of this place so shan’t be rushing back there now. Certainly no more takeaways from there!

Absolutely gorgeous food. Amazing service, staff were attentive and joyous. We sat in the undercover / outdoor area with heated lamps, which I was a bit worried about but it was absolutely cosy. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you

Easy to find the restaurant, staff efficient, food fabulous, had olives, main and dessert, definitely worth the cost, would recommend this place.

Was part of a big group, food was great, service excellent. My only tiny complaint was that the party starts were not mega veggie, but that's probably on us for not letting them know. On the whole a great evening we all left full and feeling well cared for. Happy to recommend.Parking: Only one city car park next door.. Likely you will need to park elsewhere and walk.

Walk in on saturday night but was seated swiftly, service was friendly & high quality. Menu had good selection? at reasonable prices compared to nearby venues. Atmosphere relaxed, italian music vibe??.. Paid parking at back ?
