Came for lunch with the family today and we had a wonderful meal, I usually get the chicken caesar salad which I loveeeee, but today I had the truffle chicken two ways and it was so yummy, also love to get the dumpling starter, so delicious! Overall atmosphere was lovely, staff were very friendly, and food was perfect.

Had a lovely breakfast at Bill's on our first visit there. They listened and got our order right, and we asked for a substitution and the eggs to be well done. Breakfast was both tasty, and well presented. The chairs were a little uncomfortable, but otherwise enjoyable. I would have given 4.5 stars if I could.

Went to bills with my granddaughter, we both had their chicken dumplings, on my granddaughter's recommendation with their own chutney and it was so, so nice and tasty. The service were very friendly and quick with an easy atmosphere. We each had a desert, cinnamon doughnuts, and a small chocolate pot. They were both worth experiencing. Will definitely go there again and probably again.

Visited a couple of weeks ago for the bottomless pancakes offer. We were really impressed with the value and the pancakes were so tasty. The service was friendly and fast. At the time it was an offer for £5 for bottomless pancakes but usually it's £7.50, we agreed even at £7.50 it's super cheap. The outside seating is nice and the service is still efficient outside.Dietary restrictions: They had GF pancakes on the menu

Bills has really good food but the service was really poor. The place was not that busy yet it took AGES for drinks to arrive. Even when I just ordered a beer. Little things like no sauce was offered with the mains, and when we asked about drinks offers we were told there weren't any - yet saw it was 2 for £12 on certain drinks. It could be great but we didn't feel very attended to.

Service great. Dry burgers served to children and they did not like the buns. Bring in soft white buns for kids and don't over cook the burger.

What a fabulous restaurant with such kind, wonderful staff. My daughter and I had a bit of an emotional day, needed a quick exit out of the shops to have a sit and a chat…we found Bills. I have to say, the staff were so lovely and efficient. They simply couldn’t do enough for us in between our tears. The Sauvignon Blanc went down very well! When we requested the bill, the staff informed me that the manager would like to gift us the bill today as we were a bit upset on arrival! We were quite overwhelmed but really appreciated the very kind and generous offer. It really made up for a bit of an awful morning. Such lovely, sweet staff. Thank you !! We will be returning!!!

I had a really lovely and pleasant experience at Bills this evening. I visited on 12th august 2023. We arrived 1hour before closing time however nonetheless Chloe greeted us with a very friendly demeanor and made us feel very welcome. She was able to meet our needs and was very swift. It is clear she enjoys her job and is very good at it too. She made good recommendations on using our bourbon sauce on our burger and was genuinely knowledgeable. Our waitress Amy was also nothing but amazing. Very sweet, friendly and attentive. She served our food and drinks with a smile and did not make us feel rushed in anyway. It was not a planned meal and was just a last minute meal however we thoroughly enjoyed it. I’m very peculiar about service and eating out however loved bills; 10/10 for drinks, food, service, staff and atmosphere.

Our visit was the first to any of the Bill's, and the Worcester branch certainly set a great standard! Super service with friendly, accommodating staff, great place and atmosphere and the breakfasts were delicious! We are on holiday, which is a shame as Bill's Worcester would be a regular treat for us if we were local. Thanks to the whole team!Vegetarian options: Often veggie options are meat options with veggie food substituted. Our experience was the veggie/vegan dishes were carefully thought out and delivered as dishes in their own right. A lovely change!
