Went here for family Xmas catch up. Sunday time, busy pre ordered menu fulfilled in the weeks coming up to the day. Lovely venue, looks great. the food is wonderful. However, the service was shocking. Way too slow and inattentive. Considering everything was already ordered (apart from drinks) it should have been smooth going, but waiting about 30 mins between courses. Empty drinks or plates not taken away etc. Adding to this, people who had 2 courses (main and desserts) were charged the same as ppl who had 3 course meal off the same menu. I personally don't think that's fair. It was good, but not good enough to return. Maybe better when less busy as it didn't look like they could cope with it.

We've been here quite a few times now. Never had a bad experience. Food delicious and a good choice. Service friendly and efficient. The calamari was cooked to perfection and the fish pie delicious as was the French soup and pork belly.

Seated by the kitchen/toilets when it was half empty, waited 30 mins for cold food, waitress took away our plates when we hadn't finished!! Bad experience and wasn't cheap.

Although extremely busy on Xmas market day we were treated very curteously and efficiently. Highly organised team, good food, a very pleasant experience. Thank you

Booked table for 9pm on a Saturday night. Felt very rushed as they wanted to close at 10pm! Food was lovey. Casually asked if we would like water for the table and got charged £5.35! Staff could have been a bit more happier!

Food was great but when I checked my credit card they'd charged me for the wrong table - more than twice my bill. They promised to refund and email a confirmation but I'm still waiting. Very disappointed.Update: after two days and several phone calls and emails, I have a refund of the incorrect payment they took. Thanks to General Manager Liam and Guest Excellence Executive Lucia for stepping in to help. My advice is to check the amount shown on the card reader before tapping your card, because it isn't easy to rectify a mistake afterwards.

Myself and my friend went for a birthday breakfast here today. I cannot fault anything! Food was incredible, my friend was made to feel special, table had been decorated and we received Prosecco and a special dessert. The service was first class, Liam went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect for us with help from marina as well. Honestly one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. Liam and Marina are a credit to the restaurant, I already have and will continue to recommend to everyone. Thank you for a perfect start to my friends celebration

From the minute we walked in staff could not have been more attentive. Friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, enquiring about are well being at appropriate points without being over bearing. The menu itself is varied and every single dish was delicious. Reasonably priced and a thoroughly decent bottle of wine to accompany. We will most definitely be back.

I visited Thursday 14th September to meet my daughter for lunch having not seen her for some 14 years! The manager kindly gave us a glass of fizz for this special occasion. We were busy catching up and hardly interested in food. The staff were patient attentive and aware. A thoroughly lovely time. Thank you all at Cote.

We always have a lovely meal here. Really nice, airy space with large doors opening onto the high street. Great service (especially the American chap), delicious, good value food and a wine list to be proud of.

I've visited Cote about 15 times since it opened in Worcester, I've been for breakfast, lunch and evening meal and the quality of food is always consistently high. Service is always good, very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. A relaxed atmosphere and you can sit outside and watch the world go by. It's not a cheap eat but you get what you pay for. Worcester is all the better for having Cote on the high street.Parking: As its on the high street, there is no parking on site. There are 3 close by car parks with 10 minute, walking distance.

My elderly mother and 2 friends, all in their 80s, came for lunch recently. The only food item that they shared was creamed spinach. All were unwell to varying degrees a few hours later. This was bought to the attention of the manager the next day. I understand that they have been offered a bottle of wine in compensation, however they’re not interested in compensation, they would prefer some explanation and reassurance that the matter will be looked into, so that future diners don’t experience the same. As yet, no explanation is forthcoming ?

Visited Cote Worcester last Saturday, to take advantage of a complimentary bottle of house wine offer and as a special treat, as my fiance is home from working overseas for a couple of weeks. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. And the food was excellent. Have been coming here for 6 years, and, in my opinion, you cannot get a better fillet steak. I had requested mine medium and my fiance had requested medium-rare. Both were cooked perfectly. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant; we had a lovely evening. Being a romantic evening, their service was just right - not over-intrusive, just right. Thank you Cote Worcester.
