A lovely independent cafe that serves good quality coffee and very tasty homemade cakes. I recommend the shortbread!A nice, peaceful location close to the river but a short walk from the bustle of the city centre. Can be used as a start/end point for a walk down to Diglis or up through Pitchcroft.Meet here for a gentle bike ride with Worcester Critical Mass every third Saturday of the month at 10:15 am.

I visited here today and had a spot of lunch for my partner. We opted for toasties. I had cheese and ham. And my partner chose plain cheese. - this wasn’t a plain boring toastie it was a flavoursome cheese toastie. The slow roasted ham was lovely and the best toastie I’ve had in years! The hot drinks served in a lovely china cup. After seeing some of the freshly baked goods coming out of the oven. I had to try one of the cakes before we left. Just amazing. Good quality coffee and amazing food. Def worth another visit.

Not my type of place but horses for course's. Tea is in a paper cup with tea bag on a string and the bread pudding was as dry as a bone. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

This is definitely the go to cafe for those who want a cafe with a view. There is the bridge and the river seen through the windows. Light and bright, cheerful staff, and excellent range of savouries and desserts.

Senior blonde woman with glasses refused to unlock the toilets (despite having a key) and then proceeded to scream and shout like a child at a man, wittering on about the council. The lady concerned needs to get a life and grow up.

Absolutely fabulous sandwich, lovely bread , friendly staff . Definitely worth a visit. Doesn’t look much from the outside, but looks can be deceivingVegetarian options: Yes

Two young girls overworked today. Mixed our order up waited ages. But responses from them were not great and they need some training on customer service. It would also help to have some better systems for them.

Lovely little cafe by the river. Great view and great cake and coffee. Good selection for gluten free and knowledgable staff about it too. Exceptionally busy when we visited on a Sunday but we just waited and enjoyed our refreshments when they arrived; we were on a leisurely walk so being patient wasn’t an issue. Will definitely return.

Generous sized teacakes with plenty of really nice butter. A generous sized hot chocolate this a good topping of cream.. ?
