Popped in for a drink while shopping. Notice on the door says they're moving site in 2 weeks. No excuse for sticky floors and filthy toilets though! Every table littered with debris. If you cant be bothered to clean the place, close it til the move

Haven't been to this Costa for a while, although coffee was very good, the chairs tables are very shabby, heavily stained, and had lots of food debris down the sides . Place could do with a refurbishment and deep clean.

Fantastic service, staff are so lovely and care about their customers. Laine and Leon are just a few of the staff that make my visits enjoyable and make superb coffee

Friday afternoon 28th October we were out and about in the City of Worcester and we popped in here for a coffee and to give our feet rest. It is located along the High Street opposite the wonderful Guildhall building. We ordered two flat whites which were £3.15 each. While we waited for the coffees to be prepared we found a table opposite the counter, convenient for picking up our coffees. We were served by a polite and friendly young guy, it looked like his name was Andrew, could not fully read his name badge. He slso made our coffees which were spot on, just how we like them. The wall beside our table looked a bit grubby, it was marked as result of people brushing against it over a period of time. Our table needed a good clean, there were pieces of what looked like molten cheese encrusted on it. There was seating along the pavement at the front of the building. We discovered that there was additional seating upstairs.

Such a lovely little costa!! Staff really lovely and clearly enjoy their jobs. Ideally located just across from the train station. Would definitely go back!

All you need on a warm summer day. Black hot espresso. Cool room and sweet Rocky road pastry. Come here to calm and cool down.

Good coffee - consider letting staff take tips. They deserve a good living :)

Fifteen minute wait, soy latte went awol, waited then to get milk. Filter coffee, stone cold. No time to wait in queue to get another so went elsewhere No thanks

It's always a long wait in this Costa and the drinks are not as nice as they used to be. I used to like Costa, but they have really overshot the mark recently. I had lots of points in the old reward scheme, which was cut down to the 'beans' scheme. I had 5 free drinks left, but as I did not use them up quickly enough (even though I have accumulated those rewards over years!), they just got taken off me!! Thanks for cheating me. Well good bye Costa - I will support local independent coffee shops going forward.

Ordered a black one shot Americano and a Penny toffee latte. We got an ordinary latte and the server spilled half my coffee into my saucer. I had to ask for napkins to clear the mess up. The music was so loud, the two servers behind the bar had to shout at each other, which was rather disconcerting as one was trying to chat the other up. I will not be using that Costa again

Always a long wait and never make your drink right . Go elsewhere ! It’s a shame as it’s the only Costa in the town now there used to be 3 and one just out which is still good.

On our first return visit since restrictions where eased. Nothing was ready. The cake counter was a joke, the loyalty scheme wasn’t working, not all the menu items where available. Surely they should have made sure all these things where up and running before they reopened ? Food abs drinks that where available where good

I had to queue inside on the social distancing floor markings and one member of staff approached me abruptly and said excuse me..stand here..he was rude to everyone and had no manners. He then went back to the bar, made my drink and slammed it down, didn’t even say thank you or bye. Your staff need to be trained on how to approach customers properly and learn basic manners.
