As always the food is excellent. I have used this place for several years. Both eating-in and takeaway dishes are always excellent. I would rank this restaurant as one of if not the best of its culinary style in Worcester.Parking: There is a large free carpark adjacent to the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible via a ramp to the front entrance. The toilet access is not so good for a wheelchair. It would not be independently accessible to a wheelchair user.

OMG. What has happened? I always liked going here and having a take away from here. But the last few times the food has been a bit off. Until tonight where it was so bad I couldn't eat it. I'm saddened that this once cracking restaurant has gone so far down hill I won't be going again. Tonight we opted for takeaway. Chicken madras was so salty, onion bhajis were burnt in places. Very tiny amount of dip.In todays current climate we don't often treat ourselves to take out food. I'm gutted we wasted just shy of £50 on this woeful food. Still can't work out what went wrong with Cromwell's. So sad ?

Great food and friendly staff…. Spent NewYears Eve at this Resturant and the food was fantastic. Staff could not have done any more - food was out of this world. We booked and had no problems being seated. Drinks were plentiful and menu choices were great. Thanks to all the hard working staff and manager Ash who I wish to thank for a lovely time.

Was supposed to be our Christmas lunch but the restaurant was being greed and had over booked so not able to have our meal even after we had paid deposit and sent our pre order menu . Would never recommend this to anyone

Booked here with my family the place was manic they could not find us a table although we’d booked and paid deposit months before .They had obviously over booked. Very greedy of them booking so many in and not being able to accommodate everyone. Some people waiting two hours for starters others got over charged on the bill by £100. Rude staff will not be returning

We unfortunately booked for Christmas Day here. They had not only overbooked but could not even apologise. We booked for 2:30pm sitting Christmas Day we’re told to come back at 4pm! Came back & still at 4:30 they were unable to seat us! We ended up having to go to another restaurant who treated us very well.Very disappointed-very poor. Thank you for ruining 12 people’s Christmas Day together.

Great food - dreadful delivery service.Firstly, the chicken tikka massala, rice and bombay aloo were very tasty. Sadly, I only realised once the delivery had arrived, that part of the meal was missing! 3 phone calls and an hour later, the starters arrived! Rather chaotic ordering. I tried online, but site didn't work. All a shame really.

Fabulous Nepalese restaurants with the most helpful and pleasant staff. Our young son has a nut allergy yet the staff always remember this and make any dish he wants nut free, gives us confidence as parents. Great menu means we never get tiered of same dish, will definitely return soon.
