26/10/2023Ordered to take away, ended up leaving accidentally without our nachos. One of the two female employees ran after us and caught up with us two streets away to tell us this so that we could go back and get them. Both members of staff really went above and beyond and provided an excellent service and were very friendly. The food was great too! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for some good Mexican food in Worcester.

Service was incredibly slow even though the shop wasn't that busy. 25mins to make 2 "takeaway" burritos is not good enough, especially when there was no acknowledgement or apology from the staff.

It took 30 minutes for us to receive two cold burritos. There was no warning that the wait would be this long and no apology when the food eventually came. Food was very average and cold. Would not recommend. I feel like I have been ripped off

Order reference number : 48022852We ordered tonight from El Mexicana Worcester, and I’m sorry to say we are severely disappointed.Me and my vegetarian girlfriend ordered two burritos, one without meat and garlic sauce, the other with meat and bbq sauce and jalapeños.Much to our disappointment, our order was mixed up. I had my girlfriends sauce and she had my sauce and jalapeños (which she cannot eat due to a spice intolerance).So effectively, my partner could barely eat her food, which considering we payed £36 between us is honestly rubbish service.What’s worse, we rang the restaurant to let them know what had occurred. In short, we received possibly the worst customer service ever!The woman on the phone pretended to not understand English and hung up on us. Then when we called the second time round she suddenly miraculously understood me and offered nothing but an empty apology and saying ‘there’s nothing I can do about it’.I don’t expect a miracle when this sort of thing happens, but I do at least expect decent service. I cannot recommend El Mexicana for a takeout meal at all. Their service is poor and the food is often the wrong order. I know multiple people who have had similar experiences in the past.

You know a burritos main ingredient is rice? And when called up on your phone to clarify that half your menu was unavailable you picked up the phone and hung up??. - exceptional poor selection available. - won't try you again.

Food...tasty burrito, yet just Luke warm. 2 very small churro,s for £3.50..!Warm bottle of coke...even though I asked for coke zero.No service really as have to put own order in on screen...Toilets out of order....Maybe 3 stars are too many?...

Delicious burritos at a really reasonable price. Convenient location in the centre of Worcester and plenty of choice of meats, customisation of ingredients etc. Will definitely be back

Ever since I moved to the UK I have been searching for a great burrito. This is by far the best burrito I have had in the last 4 yrs. Its as closest to the burritos I used to get in the US. Would love to see a more traditional filling. My wife loved her burrito too! Now she knows what a burrito is supposed to be. Next time I will take photos.
