Recently taken over from the Turkish cafe, this Nepalese restaurant is establishing itself as one of the best in Worcester. Beats the other local restaurants we've been in hands

By far the best Nepalese / Indian food in Worcester. Take out was great but ate at the restaurant and it’s another level

Visited Elgars again for lunch after not having visited Worcester for a few years. Pleased to say that Elgars lived up to our memories and expectations. Very pleasant surroundings, and the staff are both helpful and very personable. The jacket potato skins, with leeks, bacon and stilton, are a firm favourite. And both the garlic bread and crispy, well-dressed salad are a welcome addition. No room for any desert afterwards! Definitely worth a visit - and we'll be back the next time we are in Worcester.Parking: Situated in a small arcade of local shops, there is no parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There are a number of tables downstairs, with more upstairs via a flight of stairs. The toilets are located on the first floor.

What a lovely little coffee shop. We visited on spec and had a beautiful light lunch. My jacket potato with Mediterranean veg was flavoursome and plentiful. My partner had a toastie. Lovely thick slices of toasted bread with plenty of filling. Service was polite and friendly, right upon entering (welcomed with a warm smile) and was the same throughout. We visit Worcester quite often, and we will undoubtedly visit this great coffee shop again ☺️

Had a great breakfast brunch there good strong coffee .the staff where great and very polite. We will go back when in Worcester again.
I’ve been to this coffee shop lots of times over the years and it’s one of the best in Worcester. The staff are very polite and friendly, the quality of the food is first rate and the prices represent excellent value. The premises are tucked away in a pleasant arcade. You have a choice of seating - either outside in the passageway (good on a hot day), inside on the ground floor (ideal if you have mobility problems) or upstairs if you want somewhere quieter. All in all a very nice place to have coffee or a light snack.

I decided I would go there for lunch. I had checked several pubs some not serving food or booking's only. I remembered seeing it online. I went for one of the paninis . This was very good . I can't complain on that or qualify of cake. One important thing they have a lot of seating upstairs and no lift due to the age of the building. In summer months you could sit outside but there is limited inside seating. No disabled toilet and I don't know of an alternative.

We have visited this restaurant for many years while at Xmas market.Today we were having lunch and had just finish our glasses of wine 2mins before when one of the staff came up and ask us if we needed anything which we said no.He came up 3 times in 5mins and then ask us to vacate the table.I know they were busy but there no need to harass us.Needless to say we will not be returning any time soon.Disgusted

Decent little cafe. Reasonable choice of lunchtime snacks, jacket potatoes, paninis toasties etc. Served quickly and the prices were reasonable too.
