Many years since i have visited this gem of an "olde worlde pub" in Fish street Worcester, (opposite "Next" in the high street). Wonderful 17th century pub. Popped in after christmas shopping to a friendly welcome from the staff, and warm and cosy atmosphere. Very atmospheric in the lounge, a haven of peace from the christmas throng on the high street. They are very dog friendly,( and thankyou to the lady who brought our dog a bowl of water, blonde lady with glasses, sorry i didn't get your name). Great service, good selection of drinks, and food was excellent,( chips were heaven!) Faultless service , quick and efficient. If you live in Worcester, give it a try, if you visit Worcester, don't miss it, you won't be disappointed. Congratulations to the management and staff for providing very high modern standards, in a very traditional English pub.

Amazing wait staff. Always friendly and polite and helped to get us seated as quickly as possible. Reasonably priced food too. Really good plate of fish and chips. Friends had the roast and cleaned their plates it was delicious.

Stayed at the Farriers Arms during the Victorian Christmas market. Perfect location, rooms with twin beds, ensuite, tea making facilities and TV. Lovely and warm during coldest weekend. The pub was very popular, serving meals and plenty in the bar. Staff very helpful. Will definitely return.

Stopped here hoping for good cask ale. Friendly staff and customers and good choices of beer, cider and ale. So good that we popped in the next night as well. Met a couple of nice dogs too.

I went for a Sunday Roast with my daughter and it certainly didn't disappoint, a great experience from from start to finish. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming with nothing too much trouble to ensure a positive experience. The ample roast beef was cooked to perfection and served with lots of lovely fresh vegetables and lashings of gravy . The cabbage was divine for which I was told the recipe thankyou so much! Although we didn't manage to eat it all and were very full we still attempted the desserts. My daughter had chocolate brownie with ice cream which she said was gorgeous, I opted for apple crumble and custard which was beautiful! All in all a fabulous meal and experience and for only £11 each for the roasts which was excellent value for money. We can't wait to come back! Added bonus for us being dog friendly!

First time in Worcester. Found a pub that was amazing and spent hours in. I'm a little older so not mad crazy about loud bars. But so much fun with music playing. Really good service with amazing staff. Customer service above and beyond. Will go back juat for this pub.

Whenever we are in Worcester we call in to the Farriers Arms. Sometimes for lunch and other times just for a drink. This time it was just for a drink and we arrived just after midday on a Friday. It was busy and there was nowhere to sit in the bar, which has very few tables, so we went through to what is labelled as the lounge. It wasn't practical to stand at the bar as my wife has a broken leg and is using a crutch. We asked the barman if it was OK to be in there when we only wanted drinks and he confirmed that to be fine. We had just sat down when a woman with long fair hair and spectacles came along with menus. I explained that we were only in for drinks and her brusque response of "We are busy with food you know!" shocked me somewhat. I said to her that the barman had said it was OK and she walked off. Her attitude was counter productive as we may well have had something to eat, we hadn't actually decided prior to her intervention and we then took longer over the drinks than normal. Childish? Possibly, but it was of their making.

Traditional pub, near the Cathedral, very friendly. Had a lovely tasty lunch, freshly cooked, good portions and reasonable price. Choice of traditional meals, sandwiches, ciabatta etc.
