Just don’t get it! I know this is the burger joint of choice for Michelin Star chefs, but why? Over priced, exceptionally salty (especially the dogs) and the ambiance of a road side cafe. Service was fast enough (unlike McD’s these days), but that was all I can say that is positive. No doubt, in a kings new clothes kind of way, the great and the good will continue to sing the wonders of these joints, but I won’t be back.

The very worst value burgers on the planet, 2 basic burgers (single pattie) small portion of fries 1 drink £25 the burgers looked like they had been slapped together with no thought to presentation of any sort and as for the fries, cold, soggy, the fries are meant to be crispy and in other five guys we have been to the portions have been more than generous and a meagre amount. All the tables were dirty, my friend bought himself and his son the hotdogs, outrageous, they looked worse than any hotdog I've ever seen, his son too one bite and pushed his plate away. Staff hadn't got a clue, they short changed me by over £10 when I pointed this out, they still got it wrong a second time. Visited on a Saturday afternoon but not busy at all so the staff were certainly not under pressure. Burger King make a much better job of it!

Tbh this was the first time ive actually ever ate at this restaurant ever. The food was great and made fresh fries and all that as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to me being in a wheelchair. Ive not ate at any five guys even in America till i got over here in the UK and now that i know the food and place is great i will definitely be going and eating at other five guys restaurants when i travel back to the states and texas. Highly recommend coming here to eat fresh burgers and have freshly cut fries.

Food was delicious and fresh. Really friendly staff. Clean shop. It was a bit empty at lunch but after looking at reviews we decided to order. Not disappointed the portions were so big.Wheelchair accessibility: No step acess and also disabled toilet

Never, ever, ever again. It took 5 guys to work the till, 5 guys to mess up my order and 5 guys to find the English to tell me they messed up. I ended up fighting the seagulls that own the front seating area for their chips but after tge three week wait I was so hungry and out of energy that they won. Sorry 5guys but your worcester chain is a shambles

Walked in there and was pretty annoyed as I had to count twice but there was 4!!! 4 I tell you guys in there. I waited but 3 women turned up.and 2 guys left. So the good was great but very misleading.

Don't waste your time ordering on the website, had to do everything twice, payment twice. Not all items appear online. No milkshakes or bacon burgers available, yet I saw them being sold in store.
Not the best burgers in town. The milkshakes are good though... Chips always tend to be soggy. Not sure why. Burger was just ok.

First visit to Fiveguys. The burger was outstanding, absolutely delicious.The fries were disappointing, a bit dry and overcooked. Milkshake was good. Staff are friendly and the place is clean. I'll definitely order another burger, but might skip the fries next time. Over all, good experience.
