The welcoming was wonderful, we were attended to as soon as we stepped through the door. 1 min and we were seated and had menus and popcorn. Sadly that is as far as the the good part goes, we waited almost 40 min before we saw anyone attend to us for orders. We left the place as there was no point being there anymore. Will probably not be returning here again.

The staff we're extremely helpful and the food was excellent.The height access bar to the carpark was locked when I was about to leave, and they kindly unlocked it for me.Parking: There's a 2m height restriction to the municipal car park that you have to pass through to the hickerys carpark. Hickerys can open it upon request.

Vegetarian options: There are good options for vegetarians and they even checked if I wanted egg with my Cobb Salad.Dietary restrictions: Hickory's take allergies very seriously and they do an excellent job of catering for gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian diners.

Came to Worcester for a few days came to the smokehouse because I had enjoyed my time in Chester and Shrewsbury.Was not disappointed great food great atmosphere. Thankyou to the premier League staff special thanks to Amy top manager Jurgan Klop of Hickory's Chloe. Katie, Kelly,, Olga, Shawna Dan and Lucy. The drinks were great from.Luke and Alex and the team especially the Game changer and the food was wonderful brilliantly cooked throughout my stay, cannot recommend highly enough if you.are I Worcester.I highly recommend giving the smokehouse a visit.

I love this place and the atmosphere! I have been here for family birthday meals and the food and drink has always been exceptional with great service. I came here for a meal just after getting married and the staff were so kind. We were given a complimentary glass of champagne on arrival and the food was once again amazing and the service was exceptional. I will definitely be visiting here a lot in the future!

Gave this chain a try as wanted to see if it was any good. Prices on a par with good independent restaurants/pubs but food just okay. Burger patties lacking "smokehouse" taste, coleslaw bland and fries just your standard fries. Service quite false and stilted. I find the fact that they automatically add on 7.5% tips rude and insulting. Immediately asked the server to take this stealth charge off, quite offish with me when asked. Don't you charge enough money for your food already, pay your staff a fair wage. They need to drop the "tip jar" add on, beware every bill includes it as they take it upon themselves to give your hard earned money away in a cost of living crisis! I never dine out at places that add a tip on without asking, it's disgraceful behaviour. I won't be dining here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Staff are amazing. Really polite and caring. Food was really good. Restaurant very clean and tidy. My friends loved the popcorn and the waitress noticed this and gave them a bag to take home :). Have booked another visit with friends.

The food was excellent. We were a group of ten eating at lunch time. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and all options (burgers, ribs, mac and cheese) were tasty. Sadly we had to rush so couldn’t try desserts. Also the service was incredibly good, the waiters were very organised, kind and patient. I’d definitely return and recommend.
