We took part in the Love Match event and had the host Thomas! He was wonderful and matched our energy! We enjoyed tasting the chocolates and the crème liqueur! And to get a free chocolate afterwards was well worth the £5 we spent. Our only criticism was we were just stood at the bottom of the stairs, I think it would have been nice sat down or even upstairs and not in the way of customers!Although the match they gave me was not my favourite pick I have left knowing I will be back again for the flavours I enjoyed!

My husband and myself were visiting Worcester yesterday with our dog Maple. We stopped off at Hotel Chocolat to buy some chocolates for husband's birthday and for a hot chocolate. The staff were friendly and welcoming and said that friendly dogs were welcome. They even gave the dog a treat! Thank you for making it a great experience and your staff are a real credit to your business!

Definitely 5 stars. Excellent quality hot Chocolate with variations available. Sets a standard seldom reached by your average espresso operator. Friendly service and an extensive range of chocolates, drinking chocolates, and chocolate accessories. Really a chocolate lover’s heaven.
