Lovely little cafe and book shop, friendly staff, cute sitting/reading area too, amazing what they have done for ladies in the restroom! I'm sure it's much appreciated by many, well done.

Basically, I am now sick and tired of these food places allowing dogs into their premises. Can't the owners bear to be without their dogs for half an hour? They come in and the dogs shake themselves and their hairs all over the food. It's the same in the pubs. UUUggghh. The other day I saw a staff member stroke the dog and touch its face just where the dogs smell each other and smell other dog's pooh. That will go straight on to the plate of food when it's served. It really makes me sick. Every damned restaurant in Worcester is now like a dog's kennel !!!!! The Public Health should enforce their laws on these businesses and stop them allowing dogs in.

A nice place for a cup of tea! There's a wide choice of coffees. Staff were friendly.The bench seats we were sitting on originally were too high, therefore uncomfortable. Fortunately, we moved to a table with chairs in the window- much more comfortable!

The breakfast Mr Worcester is amazing, coffee is exceptional, staff really friendly especially Jack who goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. We are now regulars for coffee and the amazing cakes

I took my partner for birthday breakfast and we are very disappointed. The table was sticky and full of crumbs after asking waitress if she can clean it, she told me that it was disinfected. Cappuccino was cold and hollandaise sauce was taste like cheap salad cream. Definitely too highly rated.

I love this place, reasonably priced, great food, lovely atmosphere and always busy. It's my go to coffee house and where I always choose to meet friends or gran a coffee with my husband. Keep up the excellent work!

We did enjoy it in here and loved the selection of cakes available. The food menu looks good so will have to come back for a breakfast or lunch one day. Staff were all really friendly and I loved that they had run out of dog treats so they went out to buy some more. The venue itself was nice and comfortable with interesting decor and was kept nice and clean. The only thing that let it down for me was that the milk for the hot chocolates was too hot and had been scalded which did affect the taste. I noticed they didn’t have a milk thermometer when steaming it so it was all being done by guesswork.
Nice coffee and the food we had was ok. Other people's orders also looked very good. Waitress rushed of her feet and very absent minded but pleasant with it. We felt she cleared up too soon while one of our party was still drinking, and we felt we were not subtly being asked to leave in effect. Music too loud for us to converse comfortably.

Pleasant lunchtime visit to this Coffee Shop, recommended by a good friend. Hot chocolate and quick snack, served by the very pleasant staff. Sorry time didn't permit a return visit on this occasion, but would hope to visit again on future visits to Worcester.
