Dirty toilets that smell. Litter on the floor and dirty tables - why?

It was a boring Tuesday afternoon. I'd spent the day driving what seemed like the length and breadth of the country. It was tea time and my tummy was rumbling. Normally I avoid KFC as I always get gut rot after eating there. Maybe the oil they fry the chicken in doesn't agree with me? Anyway, today I decided I'd call in. The place was empty. Like a chickeny ghost town. Some tumbleweed bounced it's way across the car park, carried on the wind.I slowly approached re counter. I decided not to use the giant touchscreen ordering thing today and decided to speak with a human. A lovely little human appeared and took my order. She was very helpful and the order was placed quickly and efficiently. The food arrived pretty quickly. I had a Zinger burger box meal. (I'm a fatty!). Thr chips are awesome! They are seasoned with the dust of the angels, really good stuff. The burger was OK but the corn on thr cob appears to be left over from last year. Or they are now making them out of wood! Rock hard and I'm not sure it has experienced moisture in a long time. So after I popped my teeth back in after my first bite of corn I continued with my meal. It was OK. The chips are ace though.Later I did indeed experience the same old gut rot that I now know is caused by the Colonel, and his chicken of doom.I'll probably eat there again though as I'm a grown man and a bit of an idiot! Hurrah.

Chicken not hot. Chips cold. I do not like being made to place my order via touch screen with out any communication with staff about what I am getting.

Not happy at all with this KFC franchise. Always something from my order is missing and they put food upside down and everything is in the bag instead of in the boxes, also portions of fries and chicken popcorns are smaller that usual.Very disappointed.
Served cold chips, when I complained the staff offered no apology and begrudgingly cooked some fresh ones while the rest of our food went cold and they continued serving the cold chips to dive thru and delivery drivers without care. Worst kfc I have been to and plain rude
