I had a fantastic dining experience at Maneki Ramen! The chef, Reiko, is not only incredibly skilled but also incredibly friendly. The ramen was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great meal and a welcoming atmosphere.

We were abruptly shown to a table which consisted of one very high bench seat and one low seat which felt very uncomfortable. We asked if we could sit in the free booth - that was OK, but we were only allowed to stay for an hour. That was the option we took and to be honest I wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer. There were just two cocktails on the menu, they were missing the key ingredients of both! The wines were uninteresting so called 'natural wines', no suggestions were given so eventually opted for the gin, which was great. The food was OK but not particularly exciting, again the waiting staff seemed unknowlegable and uninspired, and most definitely didn't try and sell it to us. In fact actually both waiting staff couldn't have cared if we were there or not! All not particularly expensive so I guess you get what you pay for. As for ambience, I'm afraid there wasn't any. How on earth they got an award I will never know.

First time dining at this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Great atmosphere, welcoming staff, good service. Went for a family meal, the food was great quality, good value for money and did not break the bank. Would recommend.

Had yet another fantastic meal at Maneki Ramen. I have been a frequent flyer at Burger Shop for years, and have more recently discovered the gem that is Maneki Ramen. I have sampled a good chunk of the menu and have never been disappointed with the food, wine and beer selection, nor the friendly staff and warm atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back soon!

Went there for lunch, walking and they were kind enough to slot a table for us. And it wasn’t disappointing. The broth for the dishes we ordered-are delicious. The food came fast and warm. Service was good. Recommended!
Second visit here, with 6 of us, great choices and quality presentation. Starters and mains were plenty, possibly the reason they don't have a great range of deserts. There will be a third time, hopefully visiting the taster menu they put on monthly.

First time visiting but definitely not the last. Birthday meal that I booked online with great ease. Every mouthful was perfection. Extra star for also having half size ramen for smaller appetites that still has all the same constituents (I can’t understand why some places remove certain items just because it’s a smaller portion). Incredible prices too for the quality of food. Thank you, will 100% be back on a regular basis.
