Very quiet at 6pm on a Sunday the food is the standard quality for McDonald's the service was quick and the car park was empty and don't forget its open 24hrs but between 21.00pm and 6.00am you can only stay 1

Very rude staff. Practically dropped our tray at the table! Got my kids order wrong!!!! Again!!! Abdul was friendly though and brightened the place up but will not go to this restaurant anytime soon!

This is the worst McDonalds in Worcestershire. Dont ever take your order without checking you have what you paid for. 9/10 you wont.....maybe its the only way they can make a profit by short changing you all the time.

If I could put no stars I would as always having to go back missing food wrong orders and always cold and burgers are just thrown in the boxes it is so wrong as I don't just live round the corner so I take back my kids food while mine is cold when I get back so it needs to look at who is doing food and ordersDietary restrictions: My kids have problems with burgers they have to be no sauce and no salad but 9 out 10 they are wrong

My experience at McDonald's was utterly frustrating and disappointing. Not only did they mess up my order by missing three cheese bacon flatbreads and three hashbrowns, but when I requested to speak to the manager to address the issue, they outright refused to come out and talk to me. They adamantly refused to prepare the missing items, citing the excuse that it was “after breakfast time.” Despite waiting an exasperating 25 minutes for both my order and the manager's attention, I was met with indifference and negligence. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is inexcusable. It's evident that McDonald's prioritizes profit over providing even the most basic level of service and care. Steer clear of this establishment if you expect any semblance of accountability or respect as a customer.

Place is a joke. Rude, Useless staff the lot of them. Everytime we order something is missing. Drove to the store as they missed a whole meal today and left me a note on the reciept saying sorry no spicys left. But still have taken my money. Did they help in any way? No they did not they said there was nothing they could do. Not oh im sorry heres a different alternative. You cant have anything, and well take your money still. Theres a reason you all work at mcdonalds i suppose
