Booked for Christmas special - excellent food, excellent service, nothing was too much trouble - Gavin and Michael have turned this pub around 100%. Could not fault anything. Well done to all the staff.

First time coming here this eveningLovely and clean, friendly service from the staffIt was tea time, so I expected a long wait. To my surprise, the food was fast and absolutely lush children's portions were huge.would highly recommend.

We had a group booking for 18 people. The table was beautiful laid, crackers were great too. Staff were very helpful and very welcoming.We did have a long wait for food but they did explain why, and we fully understood. The food was lovely, just what you would expect for a Christmas dinner. Parsnips needed a few more minutes to cook, other than that it was fine.We would go back in the future.Thank you to all the staff.

Massive turn around from the last 3 people who just couldn't get running a pub right. Now the Oak Apple 2023 has New lease of life. It's always a very warm welcome from all staff members. Food is amazing. But overall the quality of the Oak apple all round at last It's been bought back to life Food drinks alround service top quality ? and always service with a smile Thank you for amazing turn around we just love our local pub. Came here this weekend gone as a passing stop. I can't say enough! The food was delicious! The service was impeccable even though it was very busy and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area!

Came for brunch with friends, fantastic food from the chef Gavin (general manager). Lovely bar maids. Grate management from Michael and Gavin, lovely to meet them both. Will definitely be coming back for food in the future.Dietary restrictions: Bar staff asked multiple times if we had any allergies or dietary requirements.

We heard that the Oak Apple was under new management so we decided to have a meal there surprisingly it was a very nice experience the food was top notch and so was the bar staff/services Emma and Lauren I would highly recommend this to anyone.

We regularly attend the Sunday night quiz but went early to eat. We were particularly impressed by the crispy chips. Service was good. The food was well cooked and hot. Will definitely come again.Parking: Always free spaces

We sat for a long time chatting and inspecting the menu and eventually ordered the hunters chicken and the fish and chips (table 19)Simone (SIM) was quick, efficient and polite with a bright smile and genuinely friendly, she made us feel very welcome as did all the staff.Great fish with light crisp batter, not greasy and the chips were fabulous, crispy crunch with a full fluffy center.Drinks and puds were good.Our only complaint is you pull your finger out and enable card tips for staff - we had no cash but would have happily given a fiver to it...maybe you could help us out and donate in the meantime???Well done all.
Went to the Oak Apple for a last minute lunch with my Mom. We had the lunch meal deal of main & pudding. Till system a bit complicated but bar tender was lovely. We had a great welcome and overall service. Food was great.Parking: They had 2 x disabled spots and 2 electric charging spots.

Amazing experience, definitely recommend!! The best in worcester. The customer service is brilliant and i felt very very welcome. Its a beautiful atmosphere, all around enjoyable. I will definitely be going again… and again!

I would highly recommended this eatery ,table number 1 .It was great booth location with. Tv ,,meals were piping hot n plentiful ,followed by excellent desserts.The staff were very helpful , and polite .Will definately be back ?Excellent service by Trish ,you made our stay very welcoming .Thanks for the cup of tea (much appreciated)
