Rooms are very clean and functional.Staff are always lovely and welcoming. We stay on business so tend to spend 24 days out of the month here and are always well looked after by Katie, Gail, Amy, Marta, Mike, Trevor and Kamal who are on hand for us 24 hours per day.The pub/restaurant onsite also have really friendly staff, we was looked after by Alice who was lovely as was the food. Would definitely recommend

The staff are friendly and helpful and they get 5/5, but the rooms are tired and we could hear the rooms above and either side of us throughout the night. I suspect this is an old building as I normally don't have this issue at Premier Inn.

The food was really nice.Our server, Jay, was really friendly and efficient. Even though the restaurant was very busy, he came and apologised for the wait. He was very neatly dressed, and his hair was styled beautifully.Rooms: Clean, warm and bright roomsFood & drinks: The restaurant food was lovely!

I stayed at the hotel overnight on the 27th Dec having arrived in a storm. I completed registration and gave my car details. I left shortly afterwards to visit someone, returning in even worse weather a couple of hours later. My room was great and I was impressed. A couple of weeks later I received a £85 fine (£51 if paid early) for not registering my car. At no point had anyone informed me that as well as informing reception I had to tap in my vehicle details on a screen. I later won an appeal but it was an annoying waste of my time...so drivers please be aware.

Traveled from Surrey for a family wedding at Christmas. There was a party of 14 over 6 rooms. the staff were absolutely amazing. Managed to sort out 3 of the room for early check in by 12pm then the rest by 1pm. which gave us ample time to get ready for the wedding we were attending at 3pm. The rooms were immaculate. One of the best nights sleep i have had in ages the beds were so conformatble. The staff at the check in desk Karen especially was absolutely incredible so helpfull so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included in our booking the staff at the beefeater again somehow managed to fit our party of 14 in the food was hot fresh and full of flavour with so much variety. Again the staff were friendly and welcoming. This was well worth the money and if we are ever traveling that way again would 100% stay there again. Highly recomeneded!!!
