“We have been to the Alma a couple of times recently and had meals from there specials board, a few weeks ago I had the salmon risotto which one of the best risottos I have ever had good balancof flavors and cooked to perfection. Today we have both had the lamb shank which again was cooked perfection and the red wine gravy gave it a great flavour. I would highly recommend this pub for there delicious food and friendly atmosphere 10 out of 10 will be back very soon.”

“An absolute lovely roast, shame we were rushed off our table for another booking, a polite request when we went in would have made all the difference. Also not friendly with anyone who asked if they could take their dessert home.”
