Honestly the best Subway in Worcester, in my opinion. Staff are lovely, the manager is fab and they are always happy to help and recommend things if you aren’t sure. I live within a mile of two different subways but will always choose to come here every time!! Thanks guys, keep up the great service!Hash brown/large tea girl! :)

Nice sandwich selection but gone down hill at bit smells outside bins never emptied and staff supposed to be open 8am but that's hit and miss not ideal when you have only to 8.10am to sort your lunch for the day.hard to find a good subway these days the Fernhill one is a lot worse.

Took some vouchers to use for subway said we can't use them there or any subway in town .???they were in date they still wouldn't accept it ...puts you off a bit false advertising to draw you in .

This store is a total joke when it comes to collections.Unlike other subways in the area this one seems to miss the entire point of ordering by an app. If I place an order for collection the idea is you get it ready for me to collect when I arrive not start making it when I get there.If I wanted to wait for you to make it I wouldn't bother pre-ordering it and telling you what time I'd be there, I'd just walk into the shop and order it there and then.Today I deliberately I turned up ten minutes later than the time booked for collection hoping it might actually be ready and they still hadn't made it!!, Unlike every other subway where you turn up give the order number and pick up the food.Maybe head office could pop down and explain to them how pre-ordering is supposed to work as it's obviously too difficult a concept for them to work out themselves.This happens every single time I've pre ordered from this store to the point I don't be bothering to go here in future.

Just received my order from Warndon shop and there was a major item missing - the wrap. I have rung and rung but have had no reply from the shop, which is open. They owe me a refund if £4.69, fat chance of getting that back when nobody will talk to you. Terrible service.

I love Subway but find irregularities when visiting different stores. This one near Blackpole is not good. I have a Veggie delight but there is nothing delightful about it when you have to keep asking for more lettuce and stuff to bulk it up, for God sake I just want my monies worth ?

My husband just came home with 2 foot long chicken tikka sandwiches and a meatball marinara, oh well, me and my daughter had to look carefully for that chicken tikka and the cheese, they were nearly invisible. Don't know if is just because they were purchased before closing but definitely is the last time when we bought from this shop.

I would prefere a bit faster servce as food was cold until I got to car. Also chips were a bit too long waiting. Don't think in this case price match service, maybe it's Saturday

I’m devastated, hair found in sub. Ordered meatless meatballs without jalapeño and received meatballs with jalapeño. Didn’t even received my Robinson drink I got water in stead. Subway is my favourite and after today’s experience sadly I won’t be going back. Although this happened the man on the phone dealt with it immediately. It’s a shame that people just throw it together and don’t care that others are purchasing!
