Absolutely stunning spa. Spent the day there and enjoyed a gorgeous hot stone massage, pedicure, and hydro facial. The premises is beautiful and there is a spa bath outside too. I had breakfast and lunch there as part of my package. The food was excellent. A lovely day with no complaints. I'll be back!

A fantastic retreat from the world, peaceful and refreshing. Filled with polite and attentive staff. Great place to turn off the feeds and relax.

The location and hotel its self are all very pretty. However when entering the spa it was a total disappointment, this is one of the most expensive spas we have ever been to.Firstly we arrived and were sent to the spa, to then be told to go back to reception as we had a lunch first. We waited a while to be served as we were the only people in the room. No one explained the menu, or what was within our package, we were unsure if a dessert was included or what types of drinks without asking first. We were then served a frozen desert which we couldn't get into with our spoons, when we asked the waiter if this was normally he advised it does come frozen but not usually 'that frozen' he then walked away without offering us a replacement which was strange. The spa its self i do not understand the hype at all, we were shocked when there were no beds available, only chairs/little sofas and tables. Strange for relaxing compared to other spas? All the chairs and tables were taken and we had no where to go, there was other peoples dirty towels left on available chairs. The spa offers nothing unique or special which you'd expect when paying over 200 for 4 hours. We had to leave our treatment early due to when finishing our treatments we went back to pool, full of kids and all chairs taken. The 1 toilet the whole day also couldn't flush.

Afternoon tea with friends. Stunning venue and location. Service was 100%, Food was delicious and just the right amount. We didn't stay, so can't comment on the rooms.

On the way to Ludlow for a late lunch; and out of the corner of my eye registered a listed building with a stately home feel to it. Managed to pull over and do the obvious.......google The Elms. Images can be deceptive but the Elms out shone in every department. Relaxed professional greeting, freshly cooked lunch, [ Club sandwich and Chicken Caesar salad for me. ] with a pricing structure comparable to a gastro pub.Only an hrs. drive from Coventry: Birminghamand a classic gem with a hint of quirkiness that is best kept for your personal delectation. Go there.......we surely will again!

Beautiful venue in a beautiful setting, decor is olde world with panelled walls ect. Sadly the open fire wasn't lit !Sunday lunch was delicious, with all 3 of us stating it was of very good quality, and served piping hot.highly recommend the place.

For the amount of money spent, we expected a bit more. Our booking consisted of one nights stay, with breakfast, an evening meal, spa and two treatments. For the purpose of celebrating an engagement and 30th birthday. The hotel were aware of this and I was surprised this was not acknowledged as it would have been at other luxury hotels, especially given I had spent round £700 for less than 18 hours at the hotel and spa. The spa, hotel and room were very well decorated and the treatments were great. The spa was a bit crowded; full of young couples taking photos, robes and dirty glasses everywhere. Nowhere to sit because of people's robes. Room was fantastic however, water pressure was very low.
