we visit here fairly regularly as we enjoy the consistently good food and prompt service. We have sampled most of the menu at this point and haven't had any issues whatsoever, with my husband going as far as to claim they serve the best steaks in Worcestershire. The thing which keeps us returning however is the service and whilst we have had about 4 different waiters/waitresses look after us last night we were lucky enough to have young Jay again (my personal favourite)! Although he is always busy, he displays a beaming smile and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. A golden asset in a 5 star pub!

Beautiful tasty succulent steak meal. Food only surpassed by the excellent attentive service from Jay. We will be back.

Decent pub food with friendly staff.Expect a wait at peak times (next to a hotel so car park is busy with tradespeople on weekdays who probably eat there after work ).If restaurant is full you can eat in the bar from the same menu but without the table service, ie order at the bar.

Met up with friends here again on a Saturday for lunch . Given a warm welcome from Alice who was our server for the duration . Three of us had the chargrilled salmon and one had a burger . All of us enjoyed the meals which were cooked to perfection and served with ample portions . The service from Alice was prompt , delivered with a smile and friendly banter . The other staff members with whom we came into contact , were friendly and warm . Another enjoyable experience .

When we arrived we needed to swap tables owing to mobility issues with one of our party. This was sorted without batting an eyelid by Alice. Service was impeccable despite her seemingly being on her own our front most of the time. Food was great too - everyone left happy. Well done!

We ate here on Christmas Eve, we had such a good service & the food was excellent. We went home with big belliesDietary restrictions: The staff asked if we had any dietary restrictions when we sat downParking: They were plenty of parking in the car park. We didn’t see any restrictions, you just had to type your registration on the screen in the restaurant lobbyKid-friendliness: Children were at the table next to usWheelchair accessibility: Yes there is. The entrance /resturant/ restroom are on the same level

The usual menu I'm used yo at my local. I was able to book easily online and we were seated quickly on arrival in a lovely spot. It was busy but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking but make sure to input your car details when you arrive.

The waiters were very attentive and friendly. They were busy serving and trying to replenish breakfast items, which was too much for them to do at time. The breakfast was very nice, although we actually preferred it when you could help yourself. The cooked breakfast arrived about 5 minutes after ordering it, and we hadn't had our cereal. Consequently, it was getting cold by the time we did eat it. I needed gluten-free bread, and that came with the cooked breakfast rather than later, to have with honey etc.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and dairy free

Had a really lovely meal for 5 tonight. The food was spot on, Fillet steak cooked to perfection. Jaylen was our server and he was amazing. Such a polite man, very friendly and helpful. Well deserved 5 stars:)

What has happened to this place? Been gradually getting worse with each visit. I worked here in what feels like a lifetime ago and I can only mainly feel sorry for *some* of the staff there. The toilets are absolutely grim, I'm sure they were the same in 2010! With almost 375 million profits in 2023, Whitbread, you need to do better!Onto the service: The only reason I gave 2 stars rather than 1 was due to the young, clearly new waitress. Thankfully, we only ordered desserts, which took 25 minutes to appear, in what was essentially a restaurant/bar at 30% capacity. There were 2 members of staff which managed to get hold of sundaes before we did, rather than seeing to me at the bar, the duty manager sent the new girl to deal with my complaint, a rather cowardice act. She was smiley, professional and apologetic. I always assumed it was the duty manager that dealt with issues and complaints but maybe things have changed since my time in this industry.I can't really comment on the food but the sundaes were average for the eye watering price of £6.99 each, for some Bookers soft scoop ice cream and crushed biscoffee biscuits. All members of staff "hanging" out at the dispense area is not a good look, especially when you always have to wait at an empty bar.

The steak is good, cooked to perfection. There was no fish & chips though. Glad to see Crunchie cheesecake back available on the menu.

Went for a meal with the family on the off chance and as always excellent in all departments. Steak was perfectly cooked the lasagna was piping hot and the cod was massive with a lovely crispy batter. The staff are brilliant and welcoming especially Alice who will have a bit of banter with you she makes the visit so much more enjoyable. We've used the Three Pears Worcester a numbers of times this was the first time before 5pm which was quite quiet but it soon got busy overall a fantastic meal and experienceParking: Plenty of free parking just remember to put your car reg into the system
