It's exactly what you would expect from a toby carvery. Budget roast dinner is very good. Choice of 4 meats. Meat is carved for you but can help yourself to any amount of vegetables, etc.

The food tasted like school food, it had no taste! It tasted like it had been boiled and no flavouring had been added, I had to put extra salt, apple sauce & canberry sauce to try to make it better :( :(Parking: Parking was average, there could be an issue should the restaurant get very busy...

Hi.Regarding our visit this time I was disappointed in the seating given , which was by the entrance and having been shopping in Worcester paid first of all b taken my seat paid a visit to the toilets and found plenty of tables not taken away from the cold area by entrance and then to b taken to a warmer place, which was acted upon.Order for drinks taken but had to promt waitress that after seeing people coming after us been served with drinks B4 us ,also my wife is gluten free and informed the waitress and came back with note pad and pen and told to put name and address down and left us with pen and pad didn't c this waitress again.

A thoroughly disappointing so called "festive" evening out for 5 of us. The staff didnt have the foggiest idea how the festive menu ordering process worked, some dishes were unavailable and several including desserts like apple crumble arrived stone cold. There was absolutely nothing festive about the festive menu apart from the Christmas pudding which was pleasant enough. We felt sorry for the young waitress serving us, she had clearly been pitched into the job with inadequate training which is unacceptable.

The service was terrible, I'd booked a table for 11.30 but we didn't get drinks untill gone 12. The carvery at 11.30 should have been at it's best but the roast potatoes were mush. So bad they were all one lump. The meat was so dry it was in tiny bits on my plate. No need to cut or even chew. The cabbage was boiled coleslaw white cabbage. Sprouts so overcooked they were mushed into eachother. Cauliflower cheese was over boiled with a tiny bit of cheese sauce on parts of it. Peas and carrots.... Awful all mushy and bland all tasted the same.... I had a voucher for a free drink with an adult meal. Was told I could either have g&t or soda water... Bit early for gin. Not even a lemonade available. I won't be back.... £35 for 2 cokes 2 coffees and two adult carverys ... Not good enough

The gravy was like water. Upgraded to supersize and only got one yorkshire and no sausages. Vegetables were poor. Mac and cheese was burnt. Stuffing was dry. We waited 30 minutes for three ice creams for pudding - the manager kindly offered to refund these from the bill us even having to ask! Lovely clean environment and really friendly staff but food was rubbish so we're very unlikely to come back to this particular carvery.

Due to M5 closure some of our party arrived late. Staff were informed and we were told no problem. After we were seated we had excellent service in what was the busiest Toby Carvery I have ever seen. The food was excellent and piping hot.

Came here a few months ago and forgot to leave a review. The large roast was impeccable, as was my crisp pint of lager. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall a top quality experience from Toby's, I expected nothing less.Pigs in blanket were a bit of a let down though but this is neither here nor there.Parking: Top quality car park and if it's too full, just use the harvesters over the road and get yourself back over to Tobys.

Visited here last night and literally the entire stack of plates all had food stuck to them, I had to wait for the carvery man to come out and ask for a clean plate because they were all that dirty! When someone bought a new dish of mashed potato out, the first thing I saw was a hair in it, the cauliflower was the soggiest thing ever, just all tasted bad to be honest, The only good thing about I could say about the visit was the staff were nice, we was served by a girl who was really nice and attentive!

I had the carvery's large portion and received a larger plate, 2 Yorkshires and 2 sausages but did not receive that much more meat, slightly disappointing. As I ordered the pigs in blankets as well, the sausages were surplus to requirements. Meat was good and beef, while very well done, was at least tender. Veg selection was OK. Pigs in blankets very overcooked and hard to eat.

The deck was empty, no mash, Yorkshire puddings were soggy and like pancakes, gravy was like water. Chefs did not at all seem to care when guests were asking what was going on and we weren’t the only ones that questioned these things. Definitely wouldn’t

This is our 4th visit to this Toby Carvery as we have always had a positive experience before but we were very disappointed this time. My partners plate was dirty, with gravy marks all over it. The guy cutting the meat was very rude towards customers, loudly saying 'What is it that you want??' when they were simply asking for more veg and we could hear him swearing very loudly after we sat down as we were sat by the carvery queue. He was also stood gossiping about other members of staff in the kitchen with his colleague and I just thought all of this was quite rude. The veg was hard and there wasn't much of a selection. We were just very unhappy with this visit and feel like this is enough to not come back, which is a shame.

I was looking forward to having a day off from cooking, wish I had cooked now, The meat was nice, the Yorkshire pudding was good, but the veg was undercooked especially the cauliflower and peas, I think the stuffing hadn’t seen the inside of the oven!!!Disappointing ?

We had the carvery. I had pork and gammon. My partner had beef and turkey. Great selection of vegetables. All delicious and perfectly cooked.Parking: Near to entrance.

Staff had a sign on the door saying they weren't taking walk ins. I popped my head in and the bar area was empty. The manager made out he was doing me a favour by letting me use one of the 10 empty tables. The chef was nowhere to be seen to carv my meat and the sauces were all empty. I was on business and in a rush so didn't bother asking for more but won't rush back.
