Waited 2.5 hours for food to come. I called. 3 times and each time I was to told the food will be here in 10-15 m. The food came cold and the drinks were missing. We Ordered a 12oz “gourmet burger” which was a small patty with ketchup, no salad? The milkshake came melted and with no straw. Called Worcester grill and complained about the cold food, missing items and wait time and the man on the phone said “what do you want me to do about that”. We ordered our food at 6.30 and our food was delivered at 9. By then we were starving and the food was inedible. We are now out of pocket as we have had to pay for another meal. We have not been given a refund.

We order a lot via Just Eat a lot. Decided to try an order direct from their site. Won’t make that mistake again. No delivery time given. After 90 minutes I tried calling the restaurant several times but got no reply.The food is usually excellent. The burger wasn’t great this time but I was hungry.

This used to be our go to takeaway. Great food, great service. All of a sudden tonight, we make an order, it took 15 minutes to be accepted when it usually takes 30 seconds max. Tried ringing, no answer. Then 15 mins later, it was accepted. Foodhub said it would be 50 minutes. 2 hours later no food and the takeaway has not once picked up the phone to say why. Now, we have to wait 3-5 WORKING days to receive a refund from foodhub. Family will be hungry tonight, this was a treat with the last of our money before payday tomorrow. I can't believe the appalling customer service and ignorance from this business. What went wrong??? They used to be brilliant.

I don’t normally leave reviews, in fact this is a first for a food review but I wanted to take the time to just say how excellent it all was.Everything arrived piping hot and the food quality was just above and beyond. If you’re a fan of wings and burgersI Highly recommend this place you wont regret it.

I use to call it taste back home!! Well not everything Taste good as it used too!?Every weekend, sometimes during weekdays i would order from them. Since last 2 orders. I didn't like at all, 1st had a strange taste didn't seem freshly made, 2nd and last they had a power cut so my food was cooked at a takeaway I hated it and never would buy it from them again. My chicken was bland, dry and was burnt! Looks like it was reheated for days, had a bit I ate it chard/burned/ biter taste would kill me of disappointment. All chicken went to the bin, now I have to think about it before ordering ?

Horrendous service. Said it be delivered by 9:20 and when I rang at 9:35 to ask where my food was the guy said he was very busy and had no drivers and my food was sat waiting for me. So in other words they had no means of getting it to me on time and would have been cold. Really rude on the phone. Ordered from here before and the food was shocking. But thought I’d give it another go. Wouldn’t recommend at all!!!

This place does GREAT food! Get the wings in hot if you like your Peri Peri. I'd eat a bucket of them.
