Ordered food for delivery and the food arrived spilt out of the packaging and we had paid nearly £50 for an order that was cold and the portion wasn’t even enough for 2 people. Definitely not value for money. When I called the restaurant directly and explained this to the manager, he was so rude and abrupt on the phone and argued with me not offering to do anything to resolve this. I would highly recommend avoiding this place as their customer service is horrendous. and food isn’t worth spending your money on. If you question it they’ll just disagree with everything you have said. Image attached. Disappointed is an understatement would rate 0 stars if I could. Absolutely avoid!

Very good food let down by very poor service. We were sat for 20 minutes before they took any order, tried to give us a large bottle of Prosecco when we only ordered one glass, and never gave us the tap water we asked forWe arrived at 7:30 and didn’t receive our food until 8:30. They didn’t offer us any sauces and gave barely any salad between 4 of us. We were then ignored after our main course plates were taken awayA shame as the food itself tasted lovely

Wet Thursday lunchtime in January and this family restaurant couldn’t have been better or more welcoming. Lovely food prepared with care - lamb Shish kebab, haloumi salad and a burger. A little sad that they weren’t busier but I’m sure that it’s normally rammed. A really interesting building - we will be back !

We booked a table mid afternoon so it was fairly quiet, however lovely atmosphere, attentive staff especially the manager. We had starters whilst we perused the menu for our main meals. Food arrived perfect timing and very tasty, coffees and turkish delight to finish off. I requested a turkish music artist and the manager put this music on to which we both danced in the restaurant. What a lovely afternoon, will definitely return, tesekkurler 10/10

Absolutely lovely food. It was a quiet Wednesday night and it wasn't too busy but the staff were welcoming and attentive. The sharing Hot Meze was delicious. Service was quick and always with a smile. I was staying nearby and out of the area but I would visit here again if I stayed in the area again.
I have visited many Turkish restaurants, this restaurant does not look like any restaurant in the municipality, the atmosphere is great, the food is great, the staff is great, I recommend.

Absolutely the best Turkish restaurant I have ever been. Everything was fantastic. Food as spot on. Meat very tender and juicy with an amazing flavour. Price was shockingly low considering how fantastic food was. Service was brilliant. Definitely will come back as this place is a real gem. Overall it's 10/10
