Good food overshadowed by slow service and an unfriendly maitre d who was also rather impertinent. Should have made a complaint there and then. She walloped a dish down next to my son with no announcement and which we had politely asked her to chase twice for us, and ended up having to ask someone else, my son is only a child of 13 years and he looked at me astonished that someone could be so unfriendly. She also accused us of having taken dishes from the carousel when every dish we ate had been handed to us by the chefs and had to ‘check’ with the chefs this was true because they had served some dishes on coloured plates instead of plain. Also our station - number 8 - was grubby around the corners and edges and long overdue a proper clean. A sullen vibe which couldn’t go unnoticed was hanging in the air amongst staff, most of who seem quite unhappy to be there. Literally no members of staff smiled during our visit, what’s up guys? Such a shame, lovely restaurant inside though actually quite cold so we left our coats on as had most other customers. Always enjoyed YoSushi, this is our first disappointing experience. Date and time we ate 6th Jan 6pm (booking was for 7pm but they managed to slot us in sooner as we were early.

Unfortunately won't be going back again for a while. Service wasn't very good. My order was messed up and no one fixed it until I had to complain. When i mentioned this wasn't what i ordered, staff was adimant i did order that food. When i didn't. If I didn't complain I would've been charged for a meal I didn't eat. Such a shame, went a a couple months ago and it was great.

The food is good, but a little expensive. Service is always fine. The restaurant could do with a refit as it's starting to look a little shabby.

I like the food, but Waiting an hour To have my food (Two curries , Two Gyozas and Sushi) Prepared is simply unacceptable. And their marketing team on Instagram was rude when asked about portion sizes.

First time ever going was a really nice experience. Chakib was especially welcoming and kind to us the moment we arrived and the food was lovely.

Clearly they have no training in customer service. Staff unattentive, rude and no apology for food that never arrived but tried to charge for it. Would not recommend. Shame really as food when it did arrive albeit at different times was good.

Amazing! Catered to my needs due to my anxiety and took time to seat me somewhere quiete as I left in the requests which meant I fully enjoyed the experience, all staff are lovely and the chefs are amazing such simple and great service and calm and quiete atmosphere, not sure why people have negative reviews? Price wise you get what you pay for cooked infront of you fresh on a plate within seconds absolutely loved it thanks all the girl who served table two around 2:30pm today needs recognising she was amazing at explaining everything and making us feel welcome ? also do great curry’s for people who don’t like the sushi side like katsu curry etc

Really disappointing experience. Came here for a quick lunch. Waited 5-10 minutes to be seated with no acknowledgement at all from the team. Waitress very officious when we were eventually seated, no apology for having to wait. Food was nice, but a lot of crab sticks and not a lot of salmon or other types of fish on the conveyor. Much less choice than if we'd ordered takeaway. To top it all off, we spent the same as we would have for a 3 course meal in Cote across the road, where the food quality, service and ambience is far superior!

Toilets were a disgrace. I was told to use the Ladies instead of the Disabled toilet as this toilet had a dodgy lock?! The food was poor on the conveyor. I'm sure the made to order stuff is better. The bowl covers on the belt were overused and looked dirty. Prob one dishwasher run too many, it just looked unappealing. Overpriced conveyor belt with questionable cleanliness. The children loved the novelty of the moving food but we left underwhelmed and feeling grimy.

Made a mistake of coming there in the evening for a meal.DO NOT GET ANY RAMEN FROM THERE, not worth the price considering how nasty it taste, oversalted so you dont taste it.Teryiaki chicken ramen was bad, chicken burned, seen the chef taking pieces of chicken out and chucking them into bin then I realised it was mine when it came to me.With his bare hands!Then touching his face and playing with his phone with the same hands whole evening.THEN TOUCHING ALL FOOD WITH THOSE HANDS.Not even joking, did not wash his hands at all but handled food, salad, chicken and gyoza.Wanted to order something to forget about poor ramen but was disgusted enough to leave.Was asked how was my food when paying so I stated my remarks but all that was said was" thats a shame..".!!!!!I really rarely post reviews but this was ridiculous.Someone should audit their hygiene practices.Also, was seated in booth but it was filthy and I had to use a tissue to clean the seats or I would be sitting on crumbs

I love asian food, however today I had terrible experience. Usually I am ordering sushi but today I decided to eat in. I was shocked when I saw one of the chefs (tall with beard, without gloves) playing on his phone during cooking in front of all customers, then touching his face, apron and then my food ??‍♀️. Is this a joke? So disgusting, he should at least wash his hands before touching gyoza ,salad!!!!! I had seafood ramen: don't recommend this dish as it was extrimely salty , paid £23 and left hungry ??. Very dissapointed sorry but 1*. Its not worth it.

Lovely food, everything we ordered was great. Recommend using the app to order as it was very easy to scroll through the different options. Loads of veggie alternatives for almost everything.Vegetarian options: Delicious squeaky bean 'steak' yakitori. Highly recommend ?

We went and ordered Yo-Fries, waited 10 mins and asked if the order had gone through, the waitress said that it had. We then waited 30 mins until the chef came over and asked us if we had place an order of Yo-Fries, we said yes and he walked away. Finally after 50 mins of waiting the Yo-Fries finally came. Terrible service, Great food
