Liked the double story.Unfortunately when we arrived they had a card issue, which was explained nicely in a professional manner.We paid in cash instead and food was good.

3 times in a row they've not put any sauce in for nuggets. Even when asking again at the pickup window if they put sauce in, being told yes, having nowhere to pull over to check the bag before leaving the long drive thru line and finding out at home that for the THIRD time they did not give me sauce. Whatever, it's just sauce, right. Well this time, they forgot the sauce for the fourth time, AND a whole big mac. I guess I'm just pissing my money away at this establishment. When I called, they said I would have to drive back today to get a replacement, not at my own convenience. I don't come here every day, and certainly not making a second trip in one day. As if their prices weren't bad enough already, you'll apparently be lucky to leave here with everything you've paid for.

After placing my order through drivethru, I went to the collect window.. and no-one appeared for 2/3 mins.. I saw another window,I thought the food will b served there MAY BE..THUS DROVE TOWARDS THE NEXT WINDOW... WRONG..I WAS MEANT TO STAY AT THE 1ST WINDOW.. SO BASICALLY, PLEASE PUT A SIGN.. SO THAT ANY CUSTOMER DONT HAVE TO DRIVE AROUND ALL OVER AGAIN. AND ALSO. EXTRA STAFF ,TO NOTIFU THE CUSTOMER OF ANY UPDATE.

Went to the drive through and had the worst experience I've ever hadThe women at the order screen was so rude to me and my friend , we had to explain what we wanted several times and was waiting around for food for minimum 15 minutes just to get served cold chips and over cooked chicken select and got medium drinks when we ordered largeWith the experience that I've had tonight I won't be going back to this mcdonalds .

So slow service ordered 2 mcflurry 30 min wait went again breakfast only ordered a porridge 30 mins later fast isn't there thing here the clapham store is incredibly fast compared to goldington

Burger missing, the rest of the food was cold. I phoned the store and they refused to send another.I was reimbursed by just eat but chips for dinner didn’t cut it.Last order from Elms Farm branch , how hard is it to put burgers in a bag?
