We used the Drive Thru as we do 90% of the time. We tend to find the staff taking the orders to be less than 'interested' and often seem distracted by other things going on around them whilst taking our order. Probably 50% of the time we are asked to pull up because the food isn't ready and this most recent visit we were waiting for at least 10 minutes for our order. Nothing special today ... Jet washing taking place so I had to avoid the overspray ... One lane of drive through blocked off, so longer queues there, in-store ordering, no receipts available....And to cap it all, the MC spicy was too spicy to enjoy !!

This is a standard Mcdonalds with standard food but there's a lady who works upstairs here, clearing tables and bringing orders over, who really makes a difference. She's friendly, helpful and clearly trying, and succeeding to do a good job. I didn't get her name but she's a bit older than the others. Well done and thank you to her. We were in there on fri 7th july around 7pm
