This BP can hardly call itself a services.The toilet facilities have been non-existent for almost a month now!! I mean FIX IT and stop hiding behind a paper notice on a door... so far I c no evidence of the problem being temporary as the notice suggests! Wat a joke... pull your sox up and provide the services required... it just isn't good enough & definitely not wat anyone expects from BP!!!

Used to fill up my LWB Van with AdBlue here. apparently only HGVs are allowed now. Annoying because the jugs aren't enough to fill a full tank. don't see why there aren't AdBlue pumps for everyone ?

I work as a paramedic in and around Bedfordshire and when crews work night shifts we all rely on getting our food and hot drinks from this garage , but now we are unable to do this.I did ask one of the operatives who stood outside chatting to a colleague and he told me they don’t allow anyone in the shop at night now.Very sad as there is nowhere around in the middle of the night to get decent food whilst on shift .They must be losing money .We often see many lorry drivers turned away too.Come on BP / M&S please get this sorted , it’s surely not good for your image or your business .In contrast , the BP / M&S on the A6 in Luton is always open and is always busy during the night .We don’t expect special dispensation as NHS , everyone who is working through the night should be able to get a decent hot drink , surely ( Iam a former class one lorry driver ) .

Sadly I must express my disappointment that as a night worker I was unable to make any sort of purchases from this store at 9:45pm, other than “fuel and tobacco” as advised by the night-hatch operative.As somebody working through the night, operating large vehicles that can’t get into most premises, it is mostly expected that a service station with HGV pumps would accommodate the HGV drivers looking to fuel themselves with supplies to keep alert.What added to the frustration is a shop full of staff stood around chatting who could have easily brought a snack to the night hatch.Most garages tend to use the night hatch from 10pm, hence why I chose this moment (9:45) to stop, so as to be able to go in store. Most disappointed.

Very bad customer service experience I get from there. The lady serve me look like she never smile in her life n she had hundred of issues at home n she bring out of customer.. Owmers need to get rid of this kind of people. 1 person can ruin whole business

Filled my truck up with fuel at around 3 am, it was night pay only, I paid for my fuel fine. I asked if I could have a hot drink and a lady made some rubbish reason as to why she couldn’t serve me one I have been to plenty of night, pay petrol stations that all, so if you whatever you want through the hatch, she clearly just couldn’t be bothered

This is the worst service in BedfordshireIf anyone needs to fuel up at night I suggest you to go to shell service on A421 but if you need to fuel a hgv go to black cat roundabout to shell service there is a normal treating customers

Waited at the commercial pump in a commercial vehicle for 5 minutes to be authorised, some of us don't have all day especially waiting to get to broken down vehicles, I left to get fuel elsewhere, if staff are too lazy to do their job!
