Sadly I must express my disappointment that as a night worker I was unable to make any sort of purchases from this store at 9:45pm, other than “fuel and tobacco” as advised by the night-hatch operative.As somebody working through the night, operating large vehicles that can’t get into most premises, it is mostly expected that a service station with HGV pumps would accommodate the HGV drivers looking to fuel themselves with supplies to keep alert.What added to the frustration...read full review

Filled my truck up with fuel at around 3 am, it was night pay only, I paid for my fuel fine. I asked if I could have a hot drink and a lady made some rubbish reason as to why she couldn’t serve me one I have been to plenty of night, pay petrol stations that all, so if you whatever you want through the hatch, she clearly just couldn’t be bothered

What truly delightful people work here. I imagine the manager is thrilled to have such great staff.I live at the retirement village locally. When I visit the garage, I often do an M&S food shop here. The staff always pack my bags, are very pleasant, and today they even carried my shopping out to the car.I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness, caring and generosity.Pleasant people make such a difference, and you definitely want to return to shop again.Thank you!
