The customer service in this branch of Greggs is outstanding. I use the branch daily because of this. The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful which creates a really nice atmosphere for customers inside the cafe. Most recently a member of staff informed me about the Greggs app which offers loyalty rewards. I am very grateful for that as I hadn't known about it previously. Keep up the good work Biggleswade Greggs Team!

Yes it may 'only' be a Greggs - with the standard food / drink etc. - but I've always found the staff polite and professional, even when they have to deal with the more <cough> 'demanding' customer. Well done.

Disappointed as website and shop window said opens at 6:30am, I arrived at 7:20am, door was shut and guy who was baking shook his head.

The food as always is tasty, warm and well priced however the speed of service in the morning is very slow. There is usually only a single staff member and a queue out the door.
