Service wasn’t good at all. When asking for a drink the two girls on shift didn’t say a word just poured what we asked for. When they brought our food out they just plonked it in front of us and walked away. There was no check back ( luckily the food was amazing and no need to complain) but to not even come and ask wasn’t great. Plates left on table even after I went to the bar to order desserts. When going to pay they was sat on a table playing cards.

But what really makes this place special is the staff. They are so lovely, down-to-earth, and always up for a friendly chat. It’s such a welcoming environment; you truly feel like a regular from the moment you walk in. A perfect local gem!

I took my younger sister and her friend for dinner and we were served and looked after by Alex who was lovely. We had 2 hunters chicken and a portion of ribs and dessert which were all delicious. Will definitely be back soon :)

They really need to sort it out. It also took 2 hours to get our food as they had so many takeaway orders. Despite having a bad experience in the venue itself I would recommend as the food is fantastic.

3-4, Market House, BiggleswadeSuper spot for a lunch, huge selection of sandwiches, ciabattas and rolls with varying fillings (Hunter's chicken is excellent, and so is the tuna cheese ciabatta).
So far have only had the hot chocolate (medium size) and it's excellent.

He always speaks very highly of the team, and it’s easy to see why. Every member of staff consistently goes out of their way to engage with him in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner, taking the time to speak with him rather than just serving him and moving on. These small but meaningful interactions make a huge difference to his confidence and overall experience when visiting the café.
On our most recent visit, Hattie in particular went out of her way to come over and speak with him at the table, which meant a great deal to him. Being acknowledged in such a genuine and thoughtful way helps him feel valued, included, and comfortable in what can sometimes be overwhelming social environments.
The kindness, patience, and person-centred approach shown by your team should not go unnoticed. Creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all customers is incredibly important, and your staff are a credit to your café.

59 High St, BiggleswadeFour years later the café has the same ethos as before. Food is cooked on the spot and everything spic and span. I'm afraid I can easily over eat here. It's a small 10 seats inside and a few on pavement. The toilet is like you would expect at home. Clean tidy and smells fine. Friendly staff. Heather served me with a joyful voice and a lovely smile. Tea is very nice. Plenty of homemade cakes.

NEXT, London Road Trading Estate, BiggleswadeI hate Coffee, the smell of it makes me feel sick, but they do a banging Hot Chocolate so I cover my nose with a hankie so it looks like I'm sick or upset, no one asks they just stare, I have sunglasses on too as to not draw attention to myself. I really love the Hot Chocolates so I just ignore the people staring, I'm really nice once you get to know me, or am I?
You know what you get at Costa otherwise you would go somewhere else.

The pizza was excellent quality – fresh, tasty, and clearly made with care. The kebabs were just as good, with really high-quality meat that was well-cooked, juicy, and full of flavour. Big shout-out to the guy on the phone as well – super efficient, polite, and made ordering easy and hassle-free. Top-notch service and food all round. Highly recommended!

I'm a northerner and this chippy is a really good, instead of doing every takeaway food poorly, it does fish and chips, with the usual other options you find in a chippy.

32 High St, BiggleswadeThis place is truly a gem - I'd be gutted if it ever closed down. They do the best sandwiches/baps and for an amazing price. There is so much filling in the baps and the Mexican chicken in particular is wonderful. It's an unpretentious, local sandwich bar and more places could do with a beegos.
