We were waiting for the food a bit more than 1.5hrs. After the delivery we noticed the plain chicken stripe are not grilled, apparently they ate steam cooked. The wings with hot sauce have almost no sauce and are still almost white, barely grilled. I have thrown them into the oven! I have contacted the restaurant with a complaint and the lady on the phone said I'm entitled to my own opinion but I should look at the great reviews!! Her tone and words were not helpful at all and rude af!

Had a takeaway delivery of chicken fillet burger in pitta bread, with chips and salad. Absolutely delicious and the chips were still crispy - never had a takeaway that managed crispy chips before! 10/10

Shocking service ordered at 8pm to receive a text at 9pm saying it wouldn't be later that 9.30pm as there was a delay on the order, 9.30pm comes and goes so I decided to give up and cook my family something, tried to contact them no answer and then the delivery turns up another 15 minutes later, but this time I had given up and sent it back, absolute joke!! It doesn't take 1 hour and 45

I ordered food delivery was due at 9:40 didn't come until 10:15 food was great just not the delivery process I had to phone to see where the order was. I think in the future if you come into issues contact the customer

my family and i order from here maybe twice a month , the food is good but there’s always a hour and a half - 2 hour wait on food , even on week days , i work in the hospitality industry myself and just don’t understand the constant wait unless it was a tiny kitchen. only wrote this review so it could be improved.

AVOID! Disgusting.Hung up on me when I phoned about my order. All food cold. Chips tasted of cardboard. 4 SLICES of garlic bread for £3.50? Are they mad. And disgusting red pepper chicken, NOT peri chicken strips, that was undercooked.
I absolutely love the food here! My favourite being the chicken. and chips are I personally think tastes similar to nandos! Very well cooked and tastes delicious!. Im completely inlove with there waffles and they are not shy on portions neither ?. I tried the kinder Bueno tonight and it was just amazing. Delivery have never been a problem and when i do pop in its a very friendly and professional service. Thanks ☺️

Brilliant service from start to finish quite a bit of food portion sizes are good very flavourful very juicy chicken due to roadworks the restaurant did call me to inform me that the driver may have delays with getting to Me within there window of delivering can't fault the restaurant
