Above average kebab for Biggleswade, nothing special but still good. Nice enough fries, with a fresh and generous salad. I didn't have to wait a long time for the food, and the serving staff were friendly.

Scammed me of £20. Made it out as if I paid with a dodgey note but they took my clean note and came back and knocked on the door to say I paid with a ripped note.I went to the costcutter where I got my money out and they showed me CCTV proof of me recieving rhe £20 note brand new as cash back.Biting from the hand that feeds them. Should be ashamed of themselves.They made me transfer money to a personal bank account on my own door step, disgusting behaviour. Called them explained I want my money back and they called me a liar. Obviously.Do not trust Pizza Hot. Such a shame, been a customer of theirs since they opened. What a bunch of crooks.

Absolutely useless and poor service from another rip off takeaway. I ordered online and was given a delivery time, after waiting for 25 minutes I was called and told that I hadn't reached the minimum delivery cost. They've obviously upped the fee and not their website. What really annoyed me was that they accepted the order then called me 25 minutes later to get more money off me! I will never order from this place again!!

Has no knowledge of the main 11 allergens that they legally have to be aware of. They do not know what products contain allergens. Seriously disappointed and worried for the risk to others. Originally asked what does not contain an allergens and they listed everything. After double checking they admitted they do not know.
