Ordered food online from uber eats and on my life there's no option for us to click for toasted! Ordered 2 big breakwhiches and the food was absolutely freezing phoned the store and they said there is meant to be a option for toasted but wasn't considering there was hash brown, sauces, bacon and egg and wasn't cooked me and my husband are now ill from it

First time in a subway... had a chicken cheese salad, it had a name but cant find it online. Not a chicken salad where you can choose what you would like from the salad bar!! All the same price... but when i asked for dressing they said you can't have that ? i said i would pay extra. However, it was a very nice salad, good portion size.

Nice place BUT different foods are being handled with the same gloves and utensils like knifes are being used to cut different customers sandwiches which contain different meat. I don’t eat pork for religious reasons and my sandwich was cut immediately after a ham sandwich was cut with same knife and same gloves to pick up my fillings used to handle pork! Not very thoughtful but overall nice staff and clean place.

I pay £4 delivery, then they tell me 1 hour 40 minutes, delivery ends up taking 2 hours 15 minutes. The food quality was horrific aswell the food was cold, and the bread was stale, also the breaded chicken you do is disgusting, have you tasted it?? Subway you’re a joke & should not be offering delivery if you can’t handle the service.

Had to drive down due to missing items. No one picking up phones.
My food was ordered on Just Eat and took 2 hours 10 to arrive. I ordered a salad box which had clearly been handled sideways as the salad was all squished on one side of the box with sauce leaking out of the side. Will never order from here again! Shocking!

Two nice sandwiches, a really good deal, too. The store is clean, and smells great. Smiling friendly staff. We find ourselves making excuses to be in the vicinity of the Biggleswade High Street store around lunch time several times a month! Recommended!

Waited 2 hours for delivery. Called twice and we were met with a really rude member of staff on the phone each time. An hour in we called and were told they were still preparing the food, second time half an hour later we were told it had just left them to be delivered. Guy on the phone said "there's nothing we can do as we just make the food, not deliver it" which wasn't the point! We ended up calling Uber to cancel as had enough of waiting. Terrible service.

Probably best you don't go for delivery, ordered at 12.30 it's now 15.20 and still waiting, this after they raised the delivery charge. Very poor
