“My favourite thing about the pub was the all the games. We enjoyed those as a family. The staff allowed us to walk in without booking if we waited 45 minutes to order. We were grateful for that and ordered drinks while we waited. Unless there were parts of the pub we couldn’t see though, it wasn’t overly busy so not sure why we needed to wait because they did have the table.

The food was piping hot and the veg was clearly fresh, if a little too al-dente. There was also a good selection to choose from on the menu.”

“We’ve been coming here for a few weeks, on a Wednesday and we have not been disappointed. It was lovely for the staff, Luke, Micky and Sheila to introduce themselves to us. Zoe was not working tonight but she also introduced herself to us last week. The food always comes out fresh and piping hot. We shall be visiting every Wednesday for the foreseeable. Thank you guys”

“absolutely lovely staff, amazing food all round: steaks were perfect, both chicken and beef burgers were amazing. me and my family came on a Saturday and we had one server the whole time for food and drinks, she had a lovely approach and a good laugh with us, sadly we wasn't given her name. The place is beautiful and slightly tucked away so there is minimal noise from the outside. overall, such a lovely place and a wonderful vibe from the staff, we will definitely be visiting again soon and I recommend this place to other people.”
