Was my number 1 place for years but after this week im done with them they didnt mark my burger witch caused a mix up wich then went to waste then yesterday got my kebab rong then trying to lie to me waste of 30pound order at your own risk

Ordered the worst take away from this place the other week . Bag saturated in grease . Food stone cold been ordering every week and got told when called up someone would pick the food up and was always line this. Rude member of staff arrived saying same thing. Got told would get refund and nothing. So paid for food to be taken back . Shame as just started to use place again.

Not sure why the reviews are so low, it's the best local kebab shop i have been to. Easy to call up and pickup, quick service.Shish kebabs are my favourite, the extra veg skwer you get in the "special" is well worth it!
The chips were like warm and rubbery, the chicken burger patty was soggy and the bun was hard. The BBQ chicken wings we ordered as a one off tasted days old and were thrown away. We called Flamez and the customer service we received was shocking. Would not use these again. Ever.

Food arrive 40mins later than the 45mins they said. Food was cold and when we called to complain all they said is they’ll deliver the portion of chips that were missing

Decent food, only disappointment is it's a cash only place. Need to move with the times and invest in contactless payments.

Ordered 2 kebabs and chips at 7.45pm was told they would deliver within 45 mins. At 8.45pm I called and was advised they had just left. At 9.10pm it arrived (we were 5 mins up the road, there was no reason for it to take 24 mins). When it arrived it was cold and the chips were missing. I called them and advised, they told my they would deliver me a portion of chips within 30 mins but there was nothing they could do about the kebabs. I said that wasn’t acceptable as we had waited 40 mins AFTER the original 45 min ordering time and I was basically told it was tuff. Very disappointing, lost a regular customer now.
