In a fairly small establishment its not possible to provide a range of goods that you might find in a Tesco superstore, but Fresh bite try as best they can, with a range of snacks and drinks etc.
I bought two delicious toasties and found them very well cooked and not short of filling, and have to admit I struggled to make up my mind given the range of fillings.
The service was very friendly and efficient and I felt very welcome and will defiantly be going back for more, keep up the good work guys.

The Engineers Arms
68 High St, HenlowI came to the The Engineers Arms to perform at the Open Mic Night last Thursday and I must say I am impressed with how the pub looks and the staff are friendly. They explained to me that they do 35ml for Vodka and coke instead of 25ml and I’ve got Autism so got confused with that so they explained to me which in an easy way which was helpful. Very pleased with this pub and will be coming back!

Spice Lounge
126 Church St, Langford, BiggleswadeWe’ve been regular diners at Spice lounge for a while now. The place has been consistent for us. The service is always the same, friendly and welcoming. The guys there make you feel like you belong. The food is always delicious with generous portions and a varied menu. We’ve always departed both full and happy. We’re leaving the village soon, and we’re gutted to be saying goodbye. But the bar is set high for when we inevitably find a new curry spot. Thank you spice lounge! It was great while we had it.

The Five Bells
101 High St, HenlowLovely meal as usual, nice generous helpings. Was bit disappointed with the portion size of the Lemon Roulade that my wife had, for £7.85, I would have expected some ice cream, or cream to accompany the Roulade.

Chicken n Spice Henlow
251 Hitchin Rd, HenlowI haven’t had a curry but the fried chicken is absolutely lovely!Tasty, cheap, always hot and the people who deliver are always nice and friendly.I’d definitely recommend Chicken n Spice.

Langford, BiggleswadeWe visited this café regularly and breakfast is always good, and they have a better selection of cakes than some other local cafés. They serve filter coffee as well as the usual hot drinks menu. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and often go out of their way to be helpful.
There can be a queue at mealtimes, as the café is popular.
The shop has a good card selection amongst other things (pet food, jams, gardening tools, car cleaning equipment etc) and there is usually a good selection of seasonal plants in the outdoor garden centre.

Henlow Fish Bar
1 Langford Rd, HenlowCalled here for the first time today. Very impressed...nice and clean. Excellent fishcake and chips. Nice friendly owner. We live in Luton and often go to the garden centre nearby. Won't be eating at the garden centre again now we have found this place. Would rather sit in the car and eat the food

The Flamez
249 Hitchin Rd, Henlow Camp, HenlowFirst time eating here. Friendly staff and very clean premises. Mixed kebab was to die for. Portion size was more than enough for a very hurgry trucker. Thanks Lads. I will definitely be back again 10/10
