Dirty floors, dirty tables, unbearably cold. Wifi not working, toilets absolutely vile. Hand drier broken. Would not recommend. Go to a different restaurant in the retail park.

Queued for ages than received incorrect order. Getting so fed up with how bad service is getting now. Seems to be everywhere. Prices keep going up, quality going down.

Service was wonderful. Staff were polite and helpful in choosing the right meal from the menu. Restaurant itself was clean enough. The food could be better though.

save your time and don’t bother coming here guys. The customer service is awful and they talk behind you thinking you’re dumb and won’t realise it. The food used to be fresh too but now it’s just dry and cold. Will never bring my family here again.

Not bad. It's all "service with a screen" now and not "service with a smile" however the food was decent enough, although getting more and more costly for what it is.

They started selling halal only chicken about 6 weeks to 2 months ago (that's when I first noticed the sign in the drive through window). You can taste the difference. They need to use more sauce to cover up the taste. It definitely doesn't taste as good as it did. Thank god parking is available again outside Kempston KFC. The next closest to me.The last 2 times I have visited this KFC at or just after 9pm. The chicken has been really rubbery and tough to bite through. Even though it doesn't close til 11pm. They clearly are not making fresh chicken at this time. Avoid!!Wheelchair accessibility: Shop is all on the same floor. No steps or ramps.

Outside temperature was 6°C, inside may 8°C a little bit far from ideal...Toilets were digusting. The staff wasn't motivated to serve us, but at least ignored us. (I had to help myself reach over the counter, with the cups for the family bucket as they repeatedly ignored me.)Apart from these usual KFC features...

Ordered variety bucket. Chicken had no taste at all. So bland and tasteless. It’s like boiled chicken covered in plane flour batter. Chips were all soggy and cold. Wasted ££

Apprantly the food is halal. So gave it ago. I dnt see what the hype is about these big chains.theirs nothing special about thier food.its standard. Youl get better service and quality food at local takeways.

Avoid eating in the restaurant in the winter! The temperature inside was uncomfortably cold, even with a jacket on. It was so cold I could see my breath, even when sitting far away from the entrance! This is my first visit to a KFC in over 10 years and it'll probably be another 10 before I eat there again! The menu is poor value for money - £8.50 for a stuffing tower burger meal, which is essentially a normal chicken burger with a patty made from stuffing, and some cranberry sauce. They did not appear to sell regular Pepsi, only diet or Pepsi Max. Presentation of the burger was poor, as evidenced in my photos. The service and wait time were fine. The restaurant was fairly clean, although it was very quiet at the time. One of the self service order points was faulty.I'll end on a somewhat positive note... The fries have improved now that they have some seasoning on them. However, they are still lacklustre - they are limp and the outside is not crispy.
